The worst experience with a company ever!

THE WORST FLOWER SERVICE EVER!!!! I paid for same day delivery for my cousins new baby and they never got sent. They promised me they would be sent the next day and they never were and my cousin got discharged from hospital before they could even bring them! Then I changed the address to have them bring them to her house and they screwed it up and brought them to the hospital after she had already left. When I call the guy named TIM and he was such a JERK!!! He said that he didn't see an address change and it must be my fault for not telling them the new address. I told I was promised by the last lady I talked to that they changed the address. He said it wasn't his problem and the only thing he could do was deliver another day or cancel the order. I told him I was going to write a bad review and he said "have fun" REALLY?!!!!!! I am left in tears because I just wanted my cousin to get some flowers in the hospital after having her baby. I would not recommend these Pro Flowers to anyone. They got my delivery date wrong and said they could correct it and get flowers there in a day and would take care of it. I requested to get an email confirmation. When I got home from work I had an email saying that I would get 10% off if I completed my order! I called back and they said my order was deleted!! No call telling me they could not do it, no notification in anyway that they deleted my order. I would never use these guys again. Lame.

In summary, I would not recommend ProFlowers to a friend.

I ordered flowers for my mom for her Birthday. The flowers they sent I could have picked up at sam's club for $30.00 I spent $80.00. I called and they were very nice about it but sent new ones that I was told would be an upgrade they looked just as bad but there were a few more stems WOW what an upgrade I was embarrased that I had sent them to my mom. DO NOT order from this place they are a joke.

In summary, I would not recommend ProFlowers to a friend.

I ordered an arrangement of roses as well as other flowers for my Wife's Birthday. When the flowers arrived they where in a box and she had to put the flower's together herself! The flowers where already dried and some where already dead! For What I paid for the arrangement and vase I expected the flowers to arrived put together in the vase already! I will never use ProFlowers again. Also, i will inform my friends as well as my co-workers.

In summary, I would not recommend ProFlowers to a friend.

I will never use Proflowers website.

I ordered some flowers for a friend's birthday, and I am glad she sent me a picture of what Proflowers delivered.

Believed me I was shocked and very disappointed at the poor quality of the arrangement, I definitely overpaid Proflwers.

When I emailed my complaint, they still have not responded and it is over three weeks!

I have learnt my lesson never to order with Proflowers.

In summary, I would not recommend ProFlowers to a friend.

I will never be using your fraudulent company again. On Friday I was looking for a website that would allow me to send flowers to my mother for her birthday on Sunday. I wanted to ensure they were delivered on Sunday and low and behold, your website has a special, more expensive site that ensures delivery on Sunday. I paid extra for my flowers, and twice as much for my delivery in order to ensure my mother's flowers were deliver the morning of her birthday. To my unfortunate surprise, I get a message Sunday at 11am (an HOUR before my very expensive GUARANTEED delivery deadline) that your service needs an alternate day for delivery. NO APOLOGY. As if, this sort of thing were acceptable. IT IS ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE THAT YOU TOOK MY MONEY AND BUSINESS ON THE PREMISE OF A LIE. When I spoke to the customer service agent, she actually expected me to understand that many florists were not open on Sunday. I DO NOT UNDERSTAND. WHY WOULD YOU TAKE ORDERS ONLINE FOR A SPECIFIC ZIP CODE AND MAKE ME PAY EXTRA MONEY ON SOMETHING YOU KNEW YOU COULD NOT DO. Further, how is it possible that you had... (Read the full review)

I have nothing good to say about my experience with this company. Since I have to give them a minimum of 1 star, that's what I rated them - they deserve a zero. My order was never delivered, when I called to find out why, or complain, I was transferred from agent to agent, left on hold in excess of 20 minutes at times, promised return calls from supervisors which I never received. Customer service reps were unhelpful and I still have not had my issue resolved. I will never use this service again, and will tell everyone possible how bad the service was and their lack of desire and ability to correct their mistake. They offer a customer service guarentee which apparently doesn't mean anything. This company should be ashamed of itself.

In summary, I would not recommend ProFlowers to a friend.

OMG, I wish There was and option for negative star. This website is the Worst and I hate them. I have ordered flowers for valentines day and they never got delivered. I called them and they promised for a 50% discount and another delivery, Never delivered, I called them again they promised a refund and another delivery..... Never delivered... I called them for another delivery and still did not deliver so if you want to get flower DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT THIS PLACE... THEY ARE THE WORST .

DO NOT EVER TRUST THEM AND I DONT KNOW WHY DID THE EDITOR GIVE 5 STARS TO THIS STUPID WEBSITE>>>>

put in my first order with Pro Flowers just before Valentines Day. I had a disagreement with them the next day and I let them know. I expressed my disappointment and said I would not recommend then to anyone.
They immediately responded to me appropriately. I was surprised and pleased. The flowers arrived at there destination on time and in excellent condition.
I will definitely use them again as they demonstrated they are costumer friendly and have a good product.

In summary, I would recommend ProFlowers to a friend.

Horrible Experience NEVER AGAIN

I should have known to order my Valentines Day flowers from someone local, but I didn't and used Pro Flowers. Well the 2 dozen Roses never showed up! Mud on my face big time. Then I called them and their customer service said they could not track my order. I requested that they follow up and when they find out my flowers were never delivered, to issue a credit. Well today I had to call back and get my credit, but that does nothing to resolve the embarrassment I went through on Valentines Day without flowers. NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE OR RECOMMEND PRO FLOWERS!!!

In summary, I would not recommend ProFlowers to a friend.
