put in my first order with Pro Flowers just before Valentines Day. I had a disagreement with them the next day and I let them know. I expressed my disappointment and said I would not recommend then to anyone.
They immediately responded to me appropriately. I was surprised and pleased. The flowers arrived at there destination on time and in excellent condition.
I will definitely use them again as they demonstrated they are costumer friendly and have a good product.

In summary, I would recommend ProFlowers to a friend.

I have ordered flowers from Pro Flower in the past but never a receiver until yesterday Mother's day. FedEx delivered to my door on 10:00 A.M. on a Saturday morning. The flowers are very well packed to the point there is no way that the flowers can be damaged. By the way I received two dozen long stems assorted roses with a free vase and chocolate. The quality of the roses is not as high as the florist grades especially the red ones. The red ones are all very skinny and the buds are tiny and very much closed. But the other colors (white, pink and peach) are bigger buds and all trying to open. Out of the 2 dozens, I received 1 dozen red and three of each other colors. I guess they have more red ones to spare. The vase came with have a smaller opening so I use one of my old one to put the flowers in. It made the arrangement spread out more easily.
