Show your Valentine How little you care!

Hi, want to un-impress your sweetheart on Valentines Day use ProFlowers. They will offer you a wide variety of great looking options at a great looking price, However, Those great prices come with a Huge!!! delivery fee. I'm not kidding folks, I bought a $29.00 set of flowers in a vase and added a little I love you pick for a few bucks more, and after all was said and done I HAD TO PAY $75.00!! for those so called $29.00 flowers, and if that isn't enough to wana make you go out and buy some from them right now then wait there's more! Upon delivering the flowers In A closed BOX!! to my valentine. My valentine opened it to find the flowers were completely limp and SHE HAD TO PUT TOGETHER THE ARRANGEMENT I PAID FOR HERSELF! O.K... If I wanted a wilted flower kit for my valentine to put together herself like its arts and crafts day in elementary school. I could have gone to W-Mart picked up some poor flowers that would have been no worse than what my valentine received from ProFlowers, a vase, a little I love you sign, a big box of chocolates handed... Customer service and quality

Ordered Roses on Feb. 8th for a Feb 13th delivery. Told I would get a order confirmation e-mail. Never did after three calls. Finally got a tracking number but was told not to pay any attention to the 14th delivery date as they said it would be the 13th. Called FedEx and they said delivery was the 14th and no sooner even though they arrived on the morning of the 13th at their location. Called customer service a fourth time. Still could barely understand the women. She said they could credit the bill or try again. No apology for the screw up. I opted for the credit. Flowers showed up mid day on the 14th and four were dead and the others weren't much better. Don't know if I got credited yet or not. Takes 7 to 10 days. Why pick a date if they can't deliver. This was the third time I've used them and will be the last. The other two times they had to replace what they sent for the same reason. Thought the third time would be the charm. Stupid me.

In summary, I would not recommend ProFlowers to a friend.

POOR Customer service

The first time the girl had nonstop computer problems and I had repeat myself 10 times. the second time I called because there was no card or food and the box was rough. the guy on the phone had no compassion, and made me feel like he didn't care. he was quick and really didn't fix anything.. very unhappy

In summary, I would not recommend ProFlowers to a friend.

Shipping is expensive. and the directions aren't followed

I ordered and paid for a wreath to be delivered to my mother for today. I put her apartments number and phone number on the order.

UPS left the package outside the high-rise apartment building.

I called to complain and it will take five days for a replacement to be delivered.

Shame on them.

In summary, I would not recommend ProFlowers to a friend.

Sympathy flowers were sent to wrong address, was never redelivered when asked. That was horrible and insensitive of proflowers to ruin someone's already depressing day!

In summary, I would not recommend ProFlowers to a friend.
