You can receive a delivery within 4 hours of your order, with regular sales offering decent discounts on reasonably-priced flowers and goods. You can also design your own vase to accompany your bouquet, as well as being able to adapt the size of your order to suit your budget.

There’s a lot to be positive about when exploring From You Flowers. Before we come to the flowers, we’d like to take a look at their vase options, which include the ability to create your own vase to accompany the flowers you send. This is simple to do: pick an image from your computer, and they’ll create the vase to send with your bouquet. Surprisingly, this isn’t expensive, either – a set of flowers and your special vase can cost as little as $25.00 including delivery. You can also choose from a range of pre-designed vases for an additional cost to your regular order, which is a great idea because it means you can tailor the full appearance of your gift.

Okay, that’s vases covered. What about the flowers? We were impressed by the range and quality of the flowers on offer, with lots of arrangements to choose from for a variety of events and occasions. You’ll find cheerful flowers and balloon bundles for birthdays, more romantic arrangements for anniversaries, get well soon collections and more. The site also provides a special funerals and sympathies range which includes wreaths and standing arrangements, with many positive reviews from their loyal customer-base. In fact, they’ve served more than 5 million customers to date.

Gifts

Other gifts include plants and filled baskets. The plants offer enough range for different home and office styles, each in a suitable pot which enhances their appearance. Meanwhile, the gift baskets offer a diverse range of products and themes, from snack foods to fruits, chocolates and cookies to cuddly bears. As with the flower orders, you can choose how large or small a basket will be and how much will be included. Balloons, chocolates and bears can be added to all orders, although we couldn’t find options to personalize these further (such as being able to choose specific food items for the baskets). In our opinion, some of the baskets were a little strange (including Pringles and other snack foods) but if that’s what you enjoy to receive as a gift then who are we to argue? You can also read customer reviews (and see their stars ratings) for each basket or bouquet, which is great as it provides instant access to real opinions on each product.

Delivery and customer service

Delivery times are quick, with many bouquets offering same day delivery options. These may cost a little extra (around $3.00) but the increased price is very reasonable considering the extra lengths florists need to go to in order to deliver you gift. We were also happy to see a wildcard option, through which you can ask a florist to design a bouquet based on a few details (location, date, theme or occasion it’s needed for) and they can then do their best to provide a unique bouquet on your behalf. The site also mentions 4 hour special delivery, but we couldn’t actually find a way of selecting this option when we explored the site.

In terms of customer service, we really appreciate the honesty of providing customer reviews on the site. In addition, FromYouFlowers.com clearly has repeat custom with so many sales under its belt. Whilst they do have a blog and a few small guides, this could be expanded on to help people plan occasions which require flowers, or to offer more advice on how to care for their products in order to make them last as long as possible. 

Summary

In conclusion, From You Flowers does a top job at providing high quality flowers and gifts for a very reasonable price. Its sales offer further discounts, with a few wildcards (such as being able to create your own vase or allow a florist to use their imagination and create a bespoke bouquet) to keep things interesting. If you’re on a budget, it’s going to be a site which is worth your time exploring.
