I ordered two dozen mixed roses for my wife on valentines day (2/14/13) and when they were delivered they came in a box all together... She had to cut them and put them together in the vase herself.... The worst part was that the flowers were all horribly wilted and looked horrible .... Way to ruin valentines day proflowers!!!! I usually go with viviano but I was trying to save a few bucks this year and what a waste... I should have listened to all the reviews i read... Don't buy from pro flowers!!! I called right after they came and had to argue woth customer service (only wanted to give less than half off because I still had an order delivered... But in the end the entire order was refunde after about thirty mins on the phone) save yourself the trouble and skip proflowers.com!!!

In summary, I would not recommend ProFlowers to a friend.

Ordered tulips tulips as a Valentine gift for my wife. The open vase was filled with water, placed in a box, and then mailed. The tulips arrived completely soaked and ruined. What kind of company puts water in an open vase and then mails? To their credit I was given a full refund, but for the disappointment and inconvenience that was not enough compensation. Will never order from this company again.

In summary, I would not recommend ProFlowers to a friend.

Pro Flowers is horrible. They say they deliver on Valentines. Yeah, a 7pm at night! When my girlfriend opens the box the roses are all beat up, and several of the flowers are broken right at the base of the bud. Meaning we cant even salvage them by clipping the stems a little.

You are better off finding a local florist. The prices may seem right, but you get what you pay for. Its NOT a good deal. I will never use Pro Flowers again.

In summary, I would not recommend ProFlowers to a friend.

I made the mistake of using proflowers on a whim this Valentines Day because my fiance is currently finishing up graduate school about 3 hours away from me and I wanted to have something delivered on the 14th since I couldn't be there. The flowers that arrived were the most pathetic excuse of a dozen roses I have ever seen. They look absolutely nothing like the photo that is meant to portray them. Not only were they sporadic as to what stage of blooming they were in, but they were not dressed in any way. It came across as 12 roses thrown into an oversized vase.

I understand the risks of ordering flowers online and that quality may be difficult to ensure with shipping etc, but I paid quite a bit to ensure this order was what I wanted and to see the lack of effort that was put in is a true disappointment.

I have learned my lesson. Please, heed my warning, and do not EVER order flowers or anything else from proflowers.com.

In summary, I would not recommend ProFlowers to a friend.

I sent my wife flowers from pro flowers for valentines day 2013. The flowers came unarranged in a U P S box. They all had to be cut to fit in the vase and non of them were actually in bloom. So my wife got to open an ugly ups box full of separate packages of uncut unopened flowers. I called customer service to find out what happened and the woman I spoke with told me that my complaining was wearing her out and then she hung up on me. If a pro flowers employee wants to research this her employee I'd number is DILINN.

In summary, I would not recommend ProFlowers to a friend.

I wouldn't recommend using proflowers for your loved ones unless they specifically like them. My co-worker and I both had some delievered to us today and she had a funny look on her face and I didn't realize why until we opened them. They looked dead when we opened the boxes! Its been a few hours and the water and flower food seem to be perking them up a little but my personal preference would be to have a nice fresh bouquet already set up in the vase and looking nice, delivered to me.

In summary, I would not recommend ProFlowers to a friend.

I got an order for 2 dozen rainbow roses to be send to my girlfriend at her job for Valentines day (2/14/13. Well on (2/13/13) a day before, I received a notification saying the flowers were delivered. My girlfriend wasnt even at work that day and she got a call from a coworker about the delivery. I paid extra for GUARANTEED 2/14 delivery, which they failed to keep up with. I called immediately and they offered a few options like resending another set (exact same order) or store credit. I had to go with the resend, i was never offered a full cash refund even after they ruined the whole purpose of sending flowers. Ill never use them again for specific-delivery date orders.

In summary, I would not recommend ProFlowers to a friend.

We have used Pro Flowers on several occasions over the years. Usually, the flowers come well packed but do not have a long shelf life. They have never lasted longer than a few days at the most - even the most expensive roses that my husband has ordered, end up dying within a week. Definitely not worth the money. This Christmas, we sent a holly mini tree to a friend, and were upset and embarrassed at the quality she received. We just happened to stop by and she showed us this sad excuse of a plant, drooping, and half dead. Considering that after we had paid for the plant and delivery, one would expect quality from this company. For this price, we could have gone to the local florist and bought something 100% better. Rest assured, we will not be using ProFlowers again.

In summary, I would not recommend ProFlowers to a friend.

The bouquet I received looks nothing like the website version. It looks at best like a $10 bouquet from a corner bodega. My mom who sent it to me was very disappointed once she saw the pictures. This is not the first time it happened, I hope nobody else gets duped by these guys again.

In summary, I would not recommend ProFlowers to a friend.

I will ALWAYS shop at ProFlowers!! Their flowers are always gorgeous delivery is always speedy and timely... I have never had an issue. I tried using another florist and I had the worst time.. ProFlowers all the way!!!
