Received 1 dozen multi-colored roses as a gift yesterday. Included was a bright pink 9" tall glass vase, with about a 4" diameter opening. The roses were packed nicely. Sadly they were too short for the vase, especially after I trimmed 1" off the bottoms. No filler was included, so the roses looked like a few random flowers in an oversized vase. Added the food packet, trimmed each stem, removed extra leaves, and outer "guard petals" as recommended. 24 hours later 6 roses have black edges, and the 3 cream and white roses are spotted brown. Had received 2 dozen roses from a local florist on Mother's Day..they still look better than the ones I received from Proflowers yesterday. So, dying flowers and a worthless vase. Money down the drain.
In summary, I would not recommend ProFlowers to a friend.
