I got an order for 2 dozen rainbow roses to be send to my girlfriend at her job for Valentines day (2/14/13. Well on (2/13/13) a day before, I received a notification saying the flowers were delivered. My girlfriend wasnt even at work that day and she got a call from a coworker about the delivery. I paid extra for GUARANTEED 2/14 delivery, which they failed to keep up with. I called immediately and they offered a few options like resending another set (exact same order) or store credit. I had to go with the resend, i was never offered a full cash refund even after they ruined the whole purpose of sending flowers. Ill never use them again for specific-delivery date orders.

In summary, I would not recommend ProFlowers to a friend.

We have used Pro Flowers on several occasions over the years. Usually, the flowers come well packed but do not have a long shelf life. They have never lasted longer than a few days at the most - even the most expensive roses that my husband has ordered, end up dying within a week. Definitely not worth the money. This Christmas, we sent a holly mini tree to a friend, and were upset and embarrassed at the quality she received. We just happened to stop by and she showed us this sad excuse of a plant, drooping, and half dead. Considering that after we had paid for the plant and delivery, one would expect quality from this company. For this price, we could have gone to the local florist and bought something 100% better. Rest assured, we will not be using ProFlowers again.

In summary, I would not recommend ProFlowers to a friend.

The bouquet I received looks nothing like the website version. It looks at best like a $10 bouquet from a corner bodega. My mom who sent it to me was very disappointed once she saw the pictures. This is not the first time it happened, I hope nobody else gets duped by these guys again.

In summary, I would not recommend ProFlowers to a friend.

I will ALWAYS shop at ProFlowers!! Their flowers are always gorgeous delivery is always speedy and timely... I have never had an issue. I tried using another florist and I had the worst time.. ProFlowers all the way!!!

Sympathy flowers were sent to wrong address, was never redelivered when asked. That was horrible and insensitive of proflowers to ruin someone's already depressing day!

Called to order Sunflowers for my daughter's wedding in the UAE, immediate confusion in that it was an international order,ordered two bunches of sunflowers, 7 each for $126.00 ea. needed flowers there on 5/31, received e mail from Ken G, put one order on hold afraid it was a duplicate, called to clear it up, Ken G then sent me an e-mail saying couldn't do sunflowers but would substitute some suitable, I called, spoke to supervisor, Pepper, answer/attitude, "Too Bad", then got an e-mail from Ken G saying couldn't deliver on time because flower shop in UAE is closed on Friday, would have to shoot for a Saturday delivery, the day of the wedding. So I can only assume ProFlowers mission statement is call us tell us the occaision and we'll try to get some kind of flowers there when we can. I bet I heard "we are doing the best we can" 20 times. Bottom line my little girl had no sunflowers at her wedding. Sorriest customer service I have ever experienced. Truth is Proflowers needs to shut down their so called international division because they have zero control over their sub-contractors, definitely need to take the "Pro" off their name.

In summary, I would not recommend ProFlowers to a friend.

Wow received flowers for my 40th in a box that I had to assemble.......not to mention they sent the wrong flowers....small instead of large. Delivered them 1 day early. $90.00 of crap.My husband was furious! NEVER AGAIN. Stick with 1-800 flowers.

I bought flowers to be delivered for my mom for mother's day. Not only was the "shipping rebate" a scam to get you to sign your credit card to another company, but the flowers were haphazardly placed in the vase with no water, and then half the flowers were crushed. If I wanted to surprise her with dead flowers I would have made the arrangement myself. ProFlowers is a waste of money and you should't buy it.

In summary, I would not recommend ProFlowers to a friend.

I have ordered flowers from Pro Flower in the past but never a receiver until yesterday Mother's day. FedEx delivered to my door on 10:00 A.M. on a Saturday morning. The flowers are very well packed to the point there is no way that the flowers can be damaged. By the way I received two dozen long stems assorted roses with a free vase and chocolate. The quality of the roses is not as high as the florist grades especially the red ones. The red ones are all very skinny and the buds are tiny and very much closed. But the other colors (white, pink and peach) are bigger buds and all trying to open. Out of the 2 dozens, I received 1 dozen red and three of each other colors. I guess they have more red ones to spare. The vase came with have a smaller opening so I use one of my old one to put the flowers in. It made the arrangement spread out more easily. This company makes you think you're getting a deal, but you're not at all! Here's how they trick you. First they cut the cost of the flowers and on top of that they kick in a free vase. How can you go wrong! Right? Wrong!!!!! This company is very sneaky at adding on absurd additional charges. I chose Saturday delivery, which was posted as $4.99. The flowers I had chosen were $19.99, so I'm thinking I'm spending $25.00 plus whatever the tax might be. But then when I confirmed my order I realized they tagged on $9.99 for standard delivery (in addition to the $4.99) plus an additional $2.99 for handling charges. So, instead of paying $25 I ended up paying almost $40. And all for flowers that were priced at $19.99. Very sneaky. Don't buy from them. A company like this, that intentionally deceives its customers, doesn't deserve your business!

In summary, I would not recommend ProFlowers to a friend.
