I have nothing good to say about my experience with this company. Since I have to give them a minimum of 1 star, that's what I rated them - they deserve a zero. My order was never delivered, when I called to find out why, or complain, I was transferred from agent to agent, left on hold in excess of 20 minutes at times, promised return calls from supervisors which I never received. Customer service reps were unhelpful and I still have not had my issue resolved. I will never use this service again, and will tell everyone possible how bad the service was and their lack of desire and ability to correct their mistake. They offer a customer service guarentee which apparently doesn't mean anything. This company should be ashamed of itself.
In summary, I would not recommend ProFlowers to a friend.
