Do yourself a favor and go with a better company, even if you have to spend a whopping 10 bucks more. I had flowers delivered for mother's day. I went for the premium bouquet option and picked what looked to be a beautiful bouquet of large roses in pastel pinks and purples and were supposed to come in a dark purple frosted vase. What she received was something even an amateur could have done better! I actually ended up rearranging them for her! lol The roses were not in full bloom and were a bright pink, there was two purple roses, and they just stuck a big bunch of baby's breath right in the middle. There were only a dozen roses and if you look at the roses on their page, you can clearly count a lot more. It looked like they just threw the stuff in. The vase was a cheap clear one, not the frosted purple one. I paid a lot for this and that was with a coupon. I made the terrible mistake of placing two orders from them in the same day.

If would have saved me some grief if I had just waited and seen the type of service they gave on my first order.

The first order, "A Beary Happy Birthday" was not delivered on the day of my friend's birthday. I waited until 4pm in the recipients time zone and after not hearing from her I called to check on the status of my order. After looking up my order number they put me on hold for a while and when they finally come back to the line they say that my arrangment would not be delivered that day because the florist they were using couldn't deliver and cancelled the order. Their excuse for not letting me know about it was because it went on another system. Since it was too late for me to order from anywhere else, I decided to take their "apology" as long as they delivered before noon the next day because obviously I wasn't going to trust them and needed enough time to find a backup if they didn't show up. Very disappointed with From You Flowers. I placed my order for my anniversary after reading this recommendation from CNBC and was excited to see how they looked. I placed my order at 1:40pm to be sure I placed the order before their 3pm same day delivery cut off time and at 4:30pm when they still hadn't been delivered I emailed them. The auto reply stated that they will return my email "within 1 hour". As of 10:30am the following day I still had no reply. I finally called and was told they attempted to deliver the flowers at 3:30pm and no one was there and they were going to attempt to deliver again today, the day after my anniversary. I explained it was pointless and wanted my order cancelled. They put me on hold, contacted the florist and I was then told they attempted to deliver at 4:30pm, an hour after they originally told me. They said the office was closed when they tried to deliver and were told to come back the next day. I started wondering, who would have told them to come back if the office was closed? I selected an arrangement of flowers to be delivered to my wife. The price of the arrangement was readily apparent, but the delivery charge was not. In fact, the there was no mention of a delivery charge until all selections and options had been made, delivery address specified, and credit card/billing information had been entered. The delivery charge increased the cost of the order by approximately 50%. I think that is sneaky -- basically a fee ambush -- but that's not all. I paid a separate premium to have these flowers delivered before 6:00pm local time. The order was placed before the time specified on their website as the cutoff time to make same day delivery. However, delivery was not made before 6pm.

When I informed the Seller of these issues, they offered me a $5 credit toward a future purchase. However, as I explained to them, there will be *NO* future purchases from them because their trade practices are deceptive and they do not deliver on services as promised and as paid for.

STAY AWAY - FAR, FAR AWAY. Spending money with this gaggle of idiots is akin to flushing it down the toilet.

www.fromyouflowers.com did not deliver my mother's birthday flower's on her birthday - even though I placed the order 3 weeks in advance. They promised to deliver them the following day, and never delivered them! I demanded a refund and was told they would have to check with the delivering florist before they would honor my request. Customer service is horrible - they have canned answers for everything and aren't very helpful. I wish I would have know ahead of time that they were going to ruin my gift to my mother, I would have rather gotten flowers at the gas station and taken them to her - even picking some weeds from the yard - I could have delivered them on TIME! Please save your money, your relationships with family, your good intentions, and your future frustration - GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

I do not recommend using this service. I ordered the Largest "Upsy Daisy" arrangement to be delivered. My sister ended up picking up the flowers. My sister sent me a picture of the bouquet and it was this tiny bouquet, not much bigger than my sisters hand. There were no daisies in the "Upsy Daisy". For You Flowers says they put flowers of "value" in the bouquet. Well, it didn't meet my expectations. I wanted a BIG bouquet for my niece and I wanted Daisies. That is why I selected the "Upsy Daisy" and that is why I selected the BIGGEST Bouquet they had. Additionally, I had selected to have a personalized card sent. When my sister picked up the bouquet, they didn't have the card that I had ordered. They weren't going to include it. My sister insisted on a card. They gave her a card to fill out herself.

When I called to complain I asked to have my shipping/handling reimbursed and was told that they would reimburse the shipping/handling. When I talked to the agent, I asked that I only pay for... (Read the full review)

I ordered a flower bouquet and balloon and paid xtra to deliver by noon the next day. It was 2pm and the order wasnt received so I called cust serv, they promised to deliver it to the home address by evening. I receive a call at night telling me it wasnt delivered. I called again and they guaranteed to deliver it by noon the following day. The order wasn't deliver until around 3pm that afternoon. When my friend sends me the picture... it was NOT the arrangement I ordered.They sent her an ugly plant instead of the beautiful flower bouquet I paid for. I called the company a third time and they would only offer a 15% discount.If they redeliver the item(the next day) they would take back the plant. I didnt have the heart to tell my friend that they screwed up the order so I refused. The customer serv reps sounded like they deal with this on a regular basis and the first one was rude (talking to other people while I was on the line).I will never use this terrible company again.

Nearly week late delivery, false claims/excuses, completely wrong product delivered first and partially correct product delivered 2nd time On 3/8 I placed ordered for promised delivery on 3/9. This never occurred so I called and it was reported to me that the florist stated change of dates was agreed upon by recipient which was a complete lie (florist called her and stated she was running late and would not be there until after 5pm and the recipient gave her directions to her place on 3/9). When it was finally delivered on 3/10 it was a cheap substitute (ordered vibrant bright yellow lilies and deep vibrant pink/magenta roses in a deep pink vase and what was delivered were a small cheap arrangement of white daisies with a couple pink ones in a cheesy cheap vase). When I sent the pictures to Fromyouflowers and expressed being upset at deceptive florist about delivery date followed by completely wrong flowers, they stated they would have to pick up the wrong flowers and would have another florist deliver correct arrangement on 3/12 as they couldnt do anything about it the following day on a Sunday. From You Flowers.com - what a great disappointment! ! I had ordered flowers for a friend's funeral but it was never delivered, however I was told twice personally that it was delivered on time. As a flower delivery service company, they should've followed up with this before I had to chase after them for answers. Not only they've failed to follow up on a simple order but they've also failed to follow through with their promise of letting me know what was going on. I have used this company a handful of times but I will never use them again after this. It's not only the fact that the flowers were never delivered but also the failure to handle this properly and promptly when notified by the customer several times. For the record, I have called twice and emailed twice regarding the status of my order and was told twice personally that my order was delivered on time. This was for a funeral which was 3 weeks ago. Even if they have them deliver the flowers today, it wouldn't be for my complete satisfaction. And, even if I get a full refund from them, it will wouldn't be for my... (Read the full review)

This was such an awful experience, it was for a birthday surprise and they never got it. I even paid extra for expedited guaranteed delivery to be delivered before 12pm. I had the birthday girl wait 90 minutes after 12pm and still no flowers. This was embarrassing and horrible. They were so rude, and didn't want to give me refund. They said all there were going to do is deliver the flowers in 1-2 days. Her birthday is today, not in 1-2 days. I payed for a guarantee.
Because they were so rude, and did nothing to help this situation, I even called my attorney. However, fromyouflowers.com is based out of another state, I would have to pay around $350 to file a claim with the Supreme Court. I'm still debating it, because it was the principle and they showed no compassion.
