Just a note for Fromyouflowers.com to say, thank you, for delivering roses to my daughter and son-in-law today to their home in Yonkers. They were surprised and thrilled at receiving the 7 beautiful red roses in honor of their 7th wedding anniversary. My daughter who worked at a florist for several years in New York called me after the delivery and she said that your flowers were incredible. Thanks for helping this far-away mother bring extra joy and a touch of nature's beauty to my daughter and her husband as they celebrate their wedding anniversary today.

I was so disappointed in their service and the quality of the product delivered, when they finally got there.

I had to be away the week of Valentines and my fiance's birthday. I arranged to have a dozen roses delivered to her work on her birthday, Feb 16th.

When I had not received a note from her about receiving the flowers by 2:30 Pacific Time I called their number to see when they might be delivered. The customer services Rep told me that they had already been delivered; in fact that they had been left at the reception desk. Since my fiance's office does not have a reception desk I was worried.

I was forced to spoil the surprise and tell her that she should go looking for them, how romantic that was. None of the offices in her complex had received a delivery.

After a couple of calls I was finally told that they would make their best effort to deliver them tomorrow. I ordered for Valentines Day a month early. I paid extra to have them delivered before noon. Not only were they not there by noon. They NEVER showed up. I called customer service and waited on the phone for an hour. I sent 3 emails in which, have still not gotten a reply. They refunded my money (so they said), but still ruined a holiday! They couldn't get ahold of the florist and has no explanation of what happened. I understand they were busy that day, but they had a whole month call me if their was a problem.

I decided to order my wife's V Day Flowers early. For the 19.99 price I couldn't go wrong. She got them today and loved them. She thinks I spent more money then what I did. That was cool also. Thank you FYF.. Great job.

Please forgive me for taking so long to THANK YOU but it's approximately 1 week since to the triplets. I want to tell you that they were truly flabbergasted when they saw the basket. They said it was beautiful and were very impressed from where it came from because they know the best online florist in America.

I know with the world today everyone is "instant gratification" oriented. HOWEVER ... ordering flowers online is NOT the best option to do so. We are military and rarely see each other, so when my husband orders flowers for me he wants them to be correct. We have previously had problems with FTD.com as well as 1800flowers. Giving it ONE MORE TRY my husband ordered flowers from here for my birthday yesterday. We were skyping when I got the flowers and his response was "those aren't from me, who sent you those ones?" WELL ... they WERE from him and look NOTHING like the picture, not even CLOSE!

I proceeded to contact the local florist who delivered them and she told me exactly what happened. fromyouflowers.com only send the florist a list of "some" of the flowers in the bouquet. NO pictures, NO amounts, NO description of the bouquet. My husband paid just over $60 for the bouquet and the local florist only go $39 of that $60. Just proving that buying local is WELL worth it for the money.

I was recommended to use them for delivery for flowers to a memorial of a co-worker's infant who had passed away. This is a sad enouigh time so at first I was very pleased. They had beautiful displays on the site, the phone service (once you were finally off hold) was nice and even checked to give me a military discount (which on an order that was $161 when all said and done was appreciated). It went downhill from there. The afternoon and evening before I was contacted 4 times by fromyouflowers reps to get answers about delivery to the memorial. Finally after the last call in the evening everything was straight. They would deliver to the only gazebo in the cemetary directly off the main road in time for the funeral which started at 9am. The day of the service came and around 4 pm (7 hours after the funeral) I was contacted by one of the co-workers who did not see our flowers there. I immediately called fromyouflowers and after a few minutes of research they concluded that the order had not been delivered. Paid extra for a guarenteed delivery for my best friend of 20yrs having their first baby. They had been discharged by the time the flowers got there 2 days late. Bogus. Also they didnt want to refund any money and wanted to give me a coupon for $10 off my next order, an offer that I'd already rec if I ordered more than day or signed up for an account.

For anyone who wants to send something special to someone in a timely manner, do NOT choose this website. They are ineffective. Their website states that same day orders are guaranteed if ordered by 3pm. Do not be fooled by their professional website. I ordered flowers for my wife as a good luck gift on a Friday for an event she was doing out of town on the weekend - I placed the order before 1pm. At 4:15pm I got a call that the florist could not make a delivery and that the flowers would not be delivered. BS

So, PLEASE do not choose this website, unless you want to take a chance that your special gift will not arrive.

"Failed to Deliver !"

If I could give negative stars I would.

They make promises they can't keep. I called around noon on a Sunday (a good 2+ hours before the same-day-delivery orders stopped being taken) specifically voicing my concerns about the order going out and getting to the person intended that same day. The gentleman on the phone ASSURED me that there would be no problems whatsoever. I explained that if the order did not go today, it was pointless. Again, he INSISTED that there was no problem. Believing him, I ordered with From You Flowers and QUIT LOOKING AT OTHER FLORISTS.

1 1/2 hours later, a very nice woman called me back, deeply apologizing saying they were unable to deliver my order that same day and offered to have it delivered the next. I informed her, as I had the gentleman who took the order, that next-day delivery was not acceptable. She apologized again. Though I feel bad for her since this was clearly not her fault and she apparently had tried for the past 1 1/2 hours to rectify the situation, the poor woman had no options available to her and now, neither did I.
