I ordered a sympathy plant on 7-8-2014 to be delivered on 7-9 to a funeral home. On 7-10 I received a message from this company that the plant was never delivered! They wanted to know if I wanted it delivered on the 10th or 11th. The deceased was buried on the 10th and the family went home. I trusted this company to have a plant at the funeral home for visitation since I could not attend.
Huge Disappointment!!

I placed several orders in May, unfortunately before reading the warnings/reviews. My experiences were no better. The note cards were missing &/or deliveries came late at night or the next day from scruffy, rough looking drivers with tattoos and missing teeth. Recipients didn't even know who the flowers came from! This is a pervasive problem at www.Fromyouflowers.com and demonstrates a complete breakdown in communication & quality control. Why even ask the purchaser if they want a note card?? In one of the examples of sheer incompetence, the low budget supposed "florists" that Fromyouflowers contracts (I don't believe for one minute these are legitimate, licensed business owners. They won't reveal their names, which is creepy and suspect) got the recipient's name wrong, forgot the note card and later brought one w/the wrong message ("I love you" on the card that went to my employee!!!!). Then I find out from the recipient the flowers were old, wilted & damaged! Even though they ultimately refunded some of my money & replaced the order, I had to call back, email & follow up several times for it. I ordered a sale bouquet for my Sister's birthday on this site, although there was a special for google users at 20% off, the $27.99 flower arrangement I ordered came to nearly $50. It arrived on time, however there were a total of 5 stems of flowers in a 6 inch high vase, embarrassing to have someone think this is what you ordered, even worse to pay $47.99 for it.

The Customer Service was ok, although I felt I had to negotiate to get 50% off only the flower price refunded, I was originally offered 30%, They also sent a $15 gift code for my next order, that is not going to happen!

Overall, I would not use this company again. disappointing.

They appear to be a great company for fast delivery. The mother's day gift was beautiful online. They're not as professional and organized as I would have hoped. My grandmother after 3 days finally received her gift but we are still waiting for the other gift. Bummer..... 1st and last order from them. They should check the local florist which they conduct business with before they allow deliveries under their name.

Ordered flowers for Mother's Day on a Friday for mother who lived 4 states away (in other words, we weren't going to be able to be there in person) for delivery on Saturday OR Sunday. On Saturday afternoon, we received a phone call saying they couldn't deliver until Monday. After being ON HOLD off and on FOR 30 MINUTES person from FromYouFlowers said they would upgrade the floral arrangement at N/C. We agreed but only if it were to be delivered on Monday.

Then on Monday afternoon, we received a phone call saying flowers wouldn't be delivered until Tuesday (TWO DAYS AFTER MOTHER'S DAY) and, after being put on hole again, with a 20% discount. NO THANK YOU! No Mother's Day flowers for our mother this year. AND I paid with PayPal so I won't get my money back for probably a week. WHAT A JOKE! Never again.

It was my mom's birthday and I decided that I wanted to send her flowers instead of doing my normal phone call. I got online that morning about 10:15 am and ordered a fun bouquet for same day delivery. I paid extra for same day delivery and paid even more for 4 hr expedited shipping-which I was fine with since I made the decision to send flowers that morning. I checked the box at checkout that I would like to know when delivery was made, so I gave them my email and my phone number.

I received a call at 3:20 pm with a message that said something along the lines of "our shop in your vicinity called us and told us that they aren't going to be able to make delivery today, please give us a call back so we can send your arrangement tomorrow with a apology note..." An apology note? Really?? The website said guaranteed same day delivery if order placed before 3 o'clock in the afternoon. I called them back and they apologized for my "inconvenience" and again offered to send the arrangement tomorrow with an "apology note" and 15% off my NEXT order... Does anyone... All I wanted to do was send a very simple arrangment, local florist's choice. There was no holiday going on, no Valentine's day, nothing. I ordered a $19.99 arrangement, to which they added a whopping $14.99 service fee to "insure everything goes perfect with my order". I placed the order around noon.

At around 4:00 pm I received an e-mail saying they couldn't find a local florist that could deliver the flowers. They asked if I'd agree to have them delivered the next day, which I agreed to. The next morning I e-mailed them for some kind of confirmation that the flowers would be delivered that day. They replied with confirmation that the order had been placed with a local florist and was scheduled to be delivered that day.

That evening, again around 4:00pm I get an e-mail worded exactly the same as the one they sent the day before, saying again the flowers would not be delivered because they couldn't find a local florist...in Dallas Tx....to deliver the order. Incompetence at the highest level for the most simple order they advertise. Do NOT do business with this company guys.

I was bedridden and my wife had been doing everything around the holidays. A few family members were sick and she was too, but she still tirelessly took every one to the hospital as neede. I wamted to thank her and arranged for our son to come and cook her dinner while I ordered flowers from these people. They emailed and called me to say they didn't have a way to deliver on the day I wanted and that it would have to be a day early. I asked them to have the driver leave the flowers at the door and just call me when it was there. The flowers never showed up and I never got a phone call. I called customer service to get a refund, as I obviously had to order from someplace else (plus it would now be more expensive for same day delivery). The rep said they couldn't do anything til the next morning, when they would call the florist to see what happened. I explained none of that would do me any good and asked for a manager. Purchased baby arrangement - Flowers,chocolates,teddy bear,balloons. $146.00
picture of arrangement on their website contained 23 flowers that I was able to count on front. Arrangement I received contained 14 total flowers. ( I ordered deluxe version ) and got screwed. Chocolates ordered I received 6 oz of peanut clusters allergic to nuts. Why were they not listed as peanut clusters. Contacted fromyouflowers.com they first offered $20.00 off next purchase, told them to keep it. Logged a complaint with paypal they offered me $26.00 refund I told them to keep it. No further communication. I am now posting on every website I can find to never use this company. I have pictures available of what I purchased and what was delivered.

I ordered flowers for a funeral to be delivered to the church. I ordered a banner to read "Beloved Aunt" and also a card with our condolences. When we got to funeral, we couldn't find our flowers with the banner. When we discovered the flowers, we couldn't believe our eyes. The banner looked like it was sent from a five-year old. The ribbon was tacky and the whole message from our card was handwritten on this piece of ribbon with a glitter pen. It was barely legible, and there were misspellings throughout. We took the banner off and called later that day. We were assured that a professional banner and sympathy card would be on the flowers before the service the next day. That never happened. Therefore, our family members never knew we sent the flowers since there was no card on them. The company refused to refund the money, and offered me a 15% discount. They also offered to call the family members and explain the situation, but I thought that would be tacky since they were in mourning and had more important things to worry about....
