Although the recipient told me the flowers were nice, delivery was a disaster. I paid for before-noon delivery and the flowers were delivered at 7 that evening. When I complained, the company refunded to me the amount I paid for morning delivery--in other words, the money I paid for something I didn't get anyway. When I still expressed dissatisfaction--telling them I never would have sent birthday flowers to someone if they weren't going to be delivered until the end of the day--they just sent a $10 coupon. I felt as if all or at least some of the cost of flowers should have been refunded, since again, I wouldn't have bought them at all if they weren't going to arrive until night.

In summary, I would not recommend From You Flowers to a friend.

Flower delivery that can't deliver

I placed my order on May 3rd for Mother's Day. I chose Friday the 10th for delivery. I thought it strange I hadn't received a thank you phone call by late in the afternoon. When I called to ask when they were going to be delivered the customer service rep said, "If you wouldn't have called we would have never noticed that your order was accidentally cancelled, and unfortunately we can't deliver anything until Monday." They then offered me $10 off my next order. I was so mad I was shaking. I asked them how a company that's only function is to deliver flowers can't manage to deliver flowers. I then asked to speak to a manager for a refund and was told in 3 days I would receive my refund. I asked why then it only took 3 seconds for them to take my money, cancel my order, then not inform or refund me. She again offered me $10 off. I yelled until my throat hurt and received not only a refund but also the flowers to be sent on Monday for free. Sounds great, but wait....On Monday late... (Read the full review)

Disaster from A to Z

We are traveling out of the country and therefore used From You Flowers on line to order a delivery of a Bonsai to my mother-in-law for her birthday. We called well before their cut of line for same day delivery, still i had them check with the local florist that they could deliver. Not only did they not deliver on the day scheduled, but they didn't even deliver the following day until 7pm at night. When they delivered the Bonsai we ordered, it came without a name so the recipient googled it so she could thank us. When she did she found the same bonsai for sale at $57 we paid $113 for the From You Flower company! I called to complain and they offered to give me 20% off, which was the promotion they were offering at that time anyway. When I invoked the "Satisfaction Guarantee" they said they couldn't deliver another bonsai despite their online promise for satisfaction guaranteed! the best they could do is to pick up the Bonsai they delivered and refund me my money!!! Unprofessional service all around! I wish I had known about this web site before. They have a terrible track record.

Will never order flowers from this company again

Placed an order in the morning to ensure same day delivery and paid the extra fee for expedited delivery. By the guaranteed time flowers had not arrived. Not only were they late, they were not even delivered until the next day. Basically paid extra to have flowers delivered late- this is what they mean by expedited delivery. Did not get that fee back, or an offer for upgrade, free balloon, etc.- anything to keep good business and make up for that mistake on their behalf. Was told quote, "these things happen".

In summary, I would not recommend From You Flowers to a friend.

Ordered flowers for my wife on 2-11 for Valentine's Day delivery. They never showed and despite the '100% Satisfaction Guarantee' on their website which says I can get a refund or replacement at my choice, they are refusing a refund. They tried to tell me they need to contact the florist first but why should this matter? I am not satisfied so they need to honor their guarantee. Bottom line - go somewhere else. Compared to this fly-by-night organization, anyone else is a bargain at twice the price.

After seeing the editors review on this site, I would also be sceptical of anything but customer reviews on no1review.com.

In summary, I would not recommend From You Flowers to a friend.

Most horrible place I have ever ordered flowers from

Placed an order from "From You Flowers" and paid a fee to have same day delivery, also paid a fee to have it expedited and delivered within 4 hours. 7 hours later still no flowers. Called the customer service number and was told there was a communication error between them and the florist and my order was scheduled to be delivered 2 days later. They agreed to refund the expedited fee but nothing else. I will NEVER again use this company. If I could have rated it a 0 star I would have!

The delivery costs represent an 80% increase in the total cost of the item, which might be reasonable EXCEPT that they don't tell you the delivery price until AFTER you enter your credit card information and are ready to confirm the purchase. The first thing they ask is the recipient's zip code, so you would think they could estimate the delivery cost BEFORE you enter your cc, so that you could make an informed decision/comparison. What a scam.

My grandmother just had a stroke, and lost use of her entire right side. She's in need of constant 24 hour care. I am disappointed in not being able to get the flowers, I thought I was choosing, for her. The word "Winter" next to the bouquet of flowers, that had both blue and lavender colors (her favorite), appear deceiving and threw me off. If I knew that I was going to get simply red carnations and white daisies, then I would have 'chosen' those (cheap) ones. Then, when calling customer service, a manager wouldn't even speak to me, throwing the customer service representative back into the phone call to tell me "there's nothing we can do about it. I'm sorry. We can give you a $10 off gift card." I would have gladly paid MORE for the arrangement I wanted, for my dying grandmother, the FIRST time. Change the wording in the description, at LEAST, to say: "Arrangement may appear different than pictured." Unhappy and disappointed customer.

I placed an order more than a week ago for Jan 19, 2013 delivery for my sister's birthday and was charged additional payment for the weekend delivery. However, no flowers were delivered yesterday! Tracking indicates delivery will be rescheduled. Very disappointed!

Ordered flowers to be delivered asap today. website says expedited delivery for xtra charge. rep says expedited delivery not available but will try their best. otherwise, delivered by 6pm. i received a call at 4:50 saying they cannot deliver today but will deliver tomorrow. hello!!! her bday is today not tomorrow!!! total false advertisement, terrible customer service! all freaken morons working there!!! i'm sooooo pissed!! now my friend will get nothing! i'm here in Ca & she is in WA.

Never ever will i use them again nor will i ever recommend them to anyone!!!

In summary, I would not recommend From You Flowers to a friend.
