Horrific. Terrible customer service
Spent hundreds on orders with them. Placed an order a week in advance THIS TIME. Order never came. Calling in was a nightmare. Onhold for an hour and then disconnected. Sent several emails, all of which I got a response "great news, your order was delivered 530pm to intended recipient." We were home. It never came. No response to other emails sent, another hour and a half on hold as we speak. 715pm as we speak and they're asking I callback if I havent received by 6pm as florist isnt answering phone. Its 715 pm. Of course they're not. And I'm being asked about tomorrow now? Then rep has audacity to get nasty with me. They wasted 3 hrs and counting now of a day that was supposed to be special and they put the nail and shoveled the dirt on top of a birthday whose coffin was already built by this pandemic. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. NEXT HOUR WILL BE ME CALLING MY BANK AND WAITING ON HOLD EVEN MORE TO DISPUTE THE CHARGE FOR THIS PATHETIC EXCUSE FOR A BUSINESS!

Was supposed to received a bouquet, bear, and chocolates for Valentines day but I never received them. When asked for refund for getting nothing delivered, they said they cannot do anything. Really poor customer service. Just blew money on getting NOTHING in return

Order flowers for daughter-in-law. What they sent was nothing like what I ordered. Do NOT order from these people. They tried to give me 10.00 credit why would I want to order from you again? So they took 30% off. All I wanted was for them to send her the flowers I ordered. The ones she got I could have gone behind a dumpster after dark and got the thrown out flowers. Buyer beware

We were very disappointed. We paid $43 for 2 small roses, a Lilly and one other small flower. They were suppose to be in a glass vase. They were in a five inch flower pot. They did deliver it on time. The advertisement said it would be a spring bouquet. I will never buy from them again!

I ordered a dish garden from the website for From You Flowers to be sent to a funeral home in a Boston suburb - the order was placed on Saturday afternoon, not late in the day. Late Saturday evening, From You Flowers left a voice mail message and sent an email that they could not find a florist to deliver the dish garden, and suggesting that I give them the home address of a family member of the deceased to send the dish garden there, at a later date. Their automated service to check the status of the order said that my order was "scheduled for delivery", which made me think they had found a florist after they had left the voice mail and sent the email. However, when I phoned on Sunday afternoon to verify whether or not they had found someone to deliver a dish garden for me, I was told that they had not done so.

I ordered and paid for a beautiful arrangement for my hubby to be delivered to a restaurant to be there on the table when we were sat. This was our 25th wedding anniversary but low and behold there were no flowers on our table. The next day I emailed the company for a refund and they stated they weren't able to send my hubby's flowers, well no shit! They offered me $10 off or even better was 20% off a future order. Get real. They never notified me, either email or phone, I could have called another florist but we ended up with absolutely nothing but disappointment, sadness and frustration.

Please save yourself the headache and heartache and choose another company. I never thought to check the reviews, my bad. I will not make that mistake again.

DON'T DON'T DON'T USE. Ordered for my mother's (outpatient) surgery - didn't deliver on date promised. No phone call to explain. So basically if there had not been complications requiring a three day hospital stay these flowers would have been delivered after her discharge. Customer service was horrible. I e-mailed in the morning (9 am) advising of the problem with delivery. When I checked my e-mail at 11:30 am there was a response - IT DID NOT INCLUDE ANY STATUS ON MY ORDER instead explaining that they could not refund my service charges. The e-mail advised that I could email (again?!?) or call to find out status. I called. After waiting on hold an unacceptable length of time, a customer service rep picked up and said she would need to contact the florist (?!? why did no one do that when I first notified them of a problem?!?), she placed me on hold and then disconnected me. I ordered a sympathy plant on 7-8-2014 to be delivered on 7-9 to a funeral home. On 7-10 I received a message from this company that the plant was never delivered! They wanted to know if I wanted it delivered on the 10th or 11th. The deceased was buried on the 10th and the family went home. I trusted this company to have a plant at the funeral home for visitation since I could not attend.
Huge Disappointment!!

I placed several orders in May, unfortunately before reading the warnings/reviews. My experiences were no better. The note cards were missing &/or deliveries came late at night or the next day from scruffy, rough looking drivers with tattoos and missing teeth. Recipients didn't even know who the flowers came from! This is a pervasive problem at www.Fromyouflowers.com and demonstrates a complete breakdown in communication & quality control. Why even ask the purchaser if they want a note card?? In one of the examples of sheer incompetence, the low budget supposed "florists" that Fromyouflowers contracts (I don't believe for one minute these are legitimate, licensed business owners. They won't reveal their names, which is creepy and suspect) got the recipient's name wrong, forgot the note card and later brought one w/the wrong message ("I love you" on the card that went to my employee!!!!). Then I find out from the recipient the flowers were old, wilted & damaged! Even though they ultimately refunded some of my money & replaced the order, I had to call back, email & follow up several times for it. Ordered flowers for Mother's Day on a Friday for mother who lived 4 states away (in other words, we weren't going to be able to be there in person) for delivery on Saturday OR Sunday. On Saturday afternoon, we received a phone call saying they couldn't deliver until Monday. After being ON HOLD off and on FOR 30 MINUTES person from FromYouFlowers said they would upgrade the floral arrangement at N/C. We agreed but only if it were to be delivered on Monday.

Then on Monday afternoon, we received a phone call saying flowers wouldn't be delivered until Tuesday (TWO DAYS AFTER MOTHER'S DAY) and, after being put on hole again, with a 20% discount. NO THANK YOU! No Mother's Day flowers for our mother this year. AND I paid with PayPal so I won't get my money back for probably a week. WHAT A JOKE! Never again.
