Very disappointed with From You Flowers. I placed my order for my anniversary after reading this recommendation from CNBC and was excited to see how they looked. I placed my order at 1:40pm to be sure I placed the order before their 3pm same day delivery cut off time and at 4:30pm when they still hadn't been delivered I emailed them. The auto reply stated that they will return my email "within 1 hour". As of 10:30am the following day I still had no reply. I finally called and was told they attempted to deliver the flowers at 3:30pm and no one was there and they were going to attempt to deliver again today, the day after my anniversary. I explained it was pointless and wanted my order cancelled. They put me on hold, contacted the florist and I was then told they attempted to deliver at 4:30pm, an hour after they originally told me. They said the office was closed when they tried to deliver and were told to come back the next day. I started wondering, who would have told them to come back if the office was closed? I confirmed that she was in the office until 5:15pm and being a financial aid office that someone is always at the reception desk. I was disappointed with no delivery and even more disappointed with their conflicting story about when they attempted delivery. Was there any real attempt? I suggest anyone considering using them take a look at their facebook page as there are other stories very similar to mine. I wish I had looked into them a bit more before placing my order. I understand CNBC has nothing to do with the operation of their business but maybe should look into more customer feedback before endorsing them.
In summary, I would not recommend From You Flowers to a friend.
