I made the terrible mistake of placing two orders from them in the same day.

If would have saved me some grief if I had just waited and seen the type of service they gave on my first order.

The first order, "A Beary Happy Birthday" was not delivered on the day of my friend's birthday. I waited until 4pm in the recipients time zone and after not hearing from her I called to check on the status of my order. After looking up my order number they put me on hold for a while and when they finally come back to the line they say that my arrangment would not be delivered that day because the florist they were using couldn't deliver and cancelled the order. Their excuse for not letting me know about it was because it went on another system. Since it was too late for me to order from anywhere else, I decided to take their "apology" as long as they delivered before noon the next day because obviously I wasn't going to trust them and needed enough time to find a backup if they didn't show up. Fortunately they did get delivered the next day however the cute little bear that shows up in the picture is nothing like the one that actually came with the flower basket. The one that was actually delivered looked like it came out of one of those claw machines. If they can't deliver the same product that is on their website or at least one that is comparable then they should stop displaying it on their website but of course no arrangement would sell for the amount they charge if they pictured it like it really is.

Anyway, so I had already placed the second order and I couldn't do much but wait and hope for the best. This order was "Cuddle up and get well." Again I didn't hear anything from them or the recipient on the day that it was supposed to get delivered and I didn't have time to waste holding on their phone lines so I just emailed customer care and didn't hear anything back from them. So today I called them and once I finally got to speak to a representative they looked up my order number and again put me on hold for a while. I'm now positive that they take this time to come up with some lame excuse for not delivering. Once the lady came back on the line she said that they could not deliver because the recipient is in ICU and couldn't receive flowers. The reason I ordered this arrangement is because it is not real flowers...it is a teddy bear with a fake smiling sunflower and balloons. Their excuse was not working. First of all, if this was true they could have at least notified me instead of making me waste my time calling them trying to figure out what happened with my order. Second of all, before I even placed the order I asked if I could send flowers and I was told no to real flowers but that fake flowers and balloons were okay. Third, they had a contact number...if they didn't allow them to go into the ICU area they could have easily called the number and a family member would have gone out to receive the arrangement.

I really wish I had read the rest of the reviews on here before I ordered from fromyouflowers.com, I see a common theme or lies and no delivery.

Hope this review spares someone from some dissappointment. Please stay away!!!

In summary, I would not recommend From You Flowers to a friend.
