I placed an order to be delivered on 11/21 by 1pm. I received an email confirmation confirming this. When the flowers never arrived I contact them by 5pm to cancel the order. I was told they were rescheduled for 11/22. I stated to cancel the order, I never been notified of the new delivery date nor had I approved the new date and had been very clear on my delivery date/time needed. I was told my order couldn't be cancelled except by a Manager. They would put my order on "hold" and have a Manager call me the next day. I again re-iterated I wanted the order cancelled and that I wouldn't be paying for it. I received a call on 11/22 by a female stating she was the Manager, my order was going to be delivered today and wasn't going to be cancelled. Again I re-iterated that my instructions of needing the order delivered by 1pm on 11/21 was very clear and included in my email confirmation. She stated I never paid an "expedited fee". I needed flowers for my son in the hospital on the other side of the country. I called in so I could confirm that it was done right and I wanted them delivered that day. They had many advertisements on line of same-day delivery. I even changed by arrangement two times to get a plant arrangement that could be delivered that day. After ordering $100 worth of plant upgrades and a balloon I was told in the process it was no guarantee it would be delivered that day but don't worry it would be delivered in the morning!! I explained that that was not OK that's why I was calling them and using this service and chose that arrangement. I also had asked if they could send me a picture of the arrangement being that I won't be able to see it and I've seen already seen reviews about the flowers not looking like the picture. Flowers werent delivered untill the next day at 5:30 and no picture . All management and customer service could tell me what it was my job to read all the fine print but there's no guarantees... The flowers I ordered were not delivered on the day I ordered them, or on the next day as promised and I am still waiting to see if they will be delivered today and it is 2pm. Initially, when I had to call them, customer service told me the local florist told me it was too far to be delivered, but they would try to find someone who would deliver it. The recipient tells me there is a florist within a mile and a half from her house. Customer service is of little use, except to deliver a standard delivery speel. Next time, I will just call the flost directly. Why does it matter if they had a good selection or if their website it easy to navigate or if they had any good deals if they aren't going to deliver them anyway.

In summary, I would not recommend Just Flowers to a friend.

I so wish I had read the reviews before I placed my order with Just Flowers (I actually thought I was talking to a florist locally in the area I was sending flowers to & didn't realize my mistake until the order was taken)!!! I would give this company ZERO stars if I could have. I ordered a birthday bouquet 2 days in advance to be delivered to a mentally disabled adult who lives in a care facility across country. No one ever remembers her on birthdays or holidays so I explained to the telephone person how important it was to have these delivered on the morning of her birthday so she could show everyone how someone remembered her. The Just Flowers representative assured me this would happen. I am heart broken & I'm sure Richelle is too! But Just Flowers did send me multiple emails to apologize for one delay after another & assure me they appreciated my business -- THEY WILL NEVER GET MY BUSINESS AGAIN! Do NOT use this service. We ordered flowers for Mother's Day, on the Thursday before Mother's Day. They did not arrive on Sunday, not on Monday or Tuesday either. They called us to say the flowers would be delivered on Wednesday with an apology note. We told them that was not acceptable.
Their 'customer no service" number offered to give us a $10 credit. What a joke these people are.... No professionalism, no accountability and no reliability. Take your money elsewhere!
We will never order with this service again.

Two days past Mothers Day and flowers have not yet arrived. Contacted customer service and have been flat lied too, flowers enroute, and a manager will contact you shortly. All lies. This company is negligent, lairs they simply stole $100+ dollars, that they refuse to refund for the lack of performing the "guaranteed" service. If you want to be ripped off, order with Just flowers.

In summary, I would not recommend Just Flowers to a friend.

They were a day late delivering the flowers, missing Mother's Day, then when I asked for a discount because they were late they just canceled my order without asking or communicating with me and didn't deliver the flowers at all. Terrible service. There are lots of other options, use someone else.

I ordered a bouquet a week in advance for use in my bridal portraits. Received several telephone calls about my billing address and answered all of the company's questions. They gave no indication that they were having issues filling my order.

The day it was suppose to be delivered (Saturday), I still had not received my bouquet by 7pm. I called them again, and I was told that they would not be able to deliver it that day and they could not find a florist to fill the order, but that the bouquet would be delivered the next day before 4pm (Sunday).

Sunday morning around 11:30am, I received another call saying that they were unable to fill my order as I had ordered the bouquet, but that they could use substitute flowers (carnations mostly) to create my bouquet (I ordered one with roses and peonies). I needed it that night for pictures, so I agreed but asked if I would be charged the same amount. They told me yes, that they were not going to charge me extra. Sent my wife roses from Just Flowers on valentines day. She sent me pictures of several roses that were rotting and had bugs. emailed this to just flowers and haven't heard back from them. Tried calling but hung up after 45 min being on hold. A waste of $60 bucks.
