I so wish I had read the reviews before I placed my order with Just Flowers (I actually thought I was talking to a florist locally in the area I was sending flowers to & didn't realize my mistake until the order was taken)!!! I would give this company ZERO stars if I could have. I ordered a birthday bouquet 2 days in advance to be delivered to a mentally disabled adult who lives in a care facility across country. No one ever remembers her on birthdays or holidays so I explained to the telephone person how important it was to have these delivered on the morning of her birthday so she could show everyone how someone remembered her. The Just Flowers representative assured me this would happen. I am heart broken & I'm sure Richelle is too! But Just Flowers did send me multiple emails to apologize for one delay after another & assure me they appreciated my business -- THEY WILL NEVER GET MY BUSINESS AGAIN! I have demanded my money back, over $100 (the flowers & candy are still not delivered). I'm quite certain I will be fighting for this return money for a very long time as they are obviously such a shoddy company. I can't imagiene how employees can continue to work for a company with such a horrible, dishonest reputation!!!!
In summary, I would not recommend Just Flowers to a friend.
