I placed an order to be delivered on 11/21 by 1pm. I received an email confirmation confirming this. When the flowers never arrived I contact them by 5pm to cancel the order. I was told they were rescheduled for 11/22. I stated to cancel the order, I never been notified of the new delivery date nor had I approved the new date and had been very clear on my delivery date/time needed. I was told my order couldn't be cancelled except by a Manager. They would put my order on "hold" and have a Manager call me the next day. I again re-iterated I wanted the order cancelled and that I wouldn't be paying for it. I received a call on 11/22 by a female stating she was the Manager, my order was going to be delivered today and wasn't going to be cancelled. Again I re-iterated that my instructions of needing the order delivered by 1pm on 11/21 was very clear and included in my email confirmation. She stated I never paid an "expedited fee". I relayed I was never told I needed to and was ensured my order would be delivered within 4 hours by 1pm. She again said, your order is not being cancelled, and will be delivered today. I stated I wasn't paying for it that I was going to notify my credit card company and put a stop payment on it, to which she replied "you can try that if you want to". I would NEVER recommend this company. Unethical and HORRIBLE customer service. Trust me, don't order from them.
In summary, I would not recommend Just Flowers to a friend.
