This is a horrible company!! I ordered a gift for Mother's Day that was never delivered. When I tried to contact the company on the customer service line they consistently hung up on me. I finally had to cancel the payment through my bank. There are so many other flower companies available, I would NEVER recommend this one. Zero customer support, they can not delivered what the website promises or even suggests. Trust me order flowers, and gifts from ANYWHERE else!!!

In summary, I would not recommend Just Flowers to a friend.

Guarantee means nothing to this company. I picked an arrangement and ordered based on the guarantee for same day delivery. They like to blame the florist or holiday for their inability to deliver in the guaranteed time or the actual arrangement chosen. Who doesn't enjoy picking out a specific arrangement and paying for delivery and getting nothing, not even a subbed version of flowers.

A $5 or $10 refund is not acceptable either, the delivery and hidden fees cost more. When a delivery is days after a special occasion and after YOUR guarantee, you are misleading customers . You offered me a $10 refund but never delivered flowers, why would I accept $10 and still pay $85 for flowers that were not delivered? That is insane.

In summary, I would not recommend Just Flowers to a friend.

Please do not buy from this website!!! My order from my company was never delivered to the funeral home. It was delivered to my co-workers home a day later. I was highly embarrassed in front of my co-workers. They never returned calls as promised and I was very disappointed. I will never ever order from them again and I learned to read reviews before ordering!!!

Flowers were for a funeral out-of-state, and specific colors were requested for the family's floral arrangements (specifically pink, with yellow and blue.) I searched for 2 hours online to find a pink, yellow,and blue arrangement. I included a note stating, "PLEASE no substitutions w/o calling me 1st for my approval ... color is very important." I received no call - yet flowers came in different colors. Also, I upgraded to the premium version, and instead of more flowers, I got a bunch of leaves, (and there were no leaves in the original photo online). When I notified JustFlowers.com, I was offered a $5 discount. I said - not enough. Over the next few days, I had a dozen phone calls with them -They just kept repeating that the arrangement was "filled to value", and there was nothing more they could/would do. Never would they acknowledge that I requested a phone call if substitutions were to be made. For example, they replaced the light pink flowers with dark burgundy ones. So the scam is if they don't hit your delivery window, you try to cancel, they won't cancel it or inform the florist who delivers...they deliver it late, you pay and they won't refund at all. they have your money up front and refuse to refund even though they didn't deliver as promised....same day delivery....not a snowballs chance in hell!

stay away from this company!!!!!

I live in Florida and my daughter and son-in-law live in NY. While he was in the hospital I ordered flowers for him. On the website I chose sunflowers in a vase. Looked beautiful on the website. Then my daughter sent a picture of them and what a disappointment. They used more baby's breath than sunflowers. I did not order a bouquet of fillers. Never again.

Ordered Valentine flowers for my wife to be delivered to her job. Never showed up. After two days of trying to reach a person ( which is impossible) and emails sent for two days I finally got an answer saying that they were delivered ! but they were not. More emails and they finally agreed to refund my money. I Have used them in the past but never again. Terrible company.

They do not deserve even 1 star. They are terrible.
They take your money and promise to deliver the flowers and never do.
Very poor customer service, on the phone for hours.

I ordered flowers for my father in laws funeral, flowers were to be delivered on Sat for visitation...(Flowers were not delivered).. Live Chat with customer service. Told me they would be delivered by 12 the next day...I got a call at 9:30 Sunday morning saying they couldn't deliver the flowers I ordered and would I settle for a basket! I told him no..He assured me they would use a different color flower and I told him to let me know by 11 so I could do something else. I live chatted again at 11:30 and they assured me that the flowers would be there by 12...Got to funeral home and NO FLOWERS! Called and was told flowers couldn't be delivered would I like to have them delivered to a family members home!!!!No I am a family member they are to go to cemetery and stay will my father in law...was then offered a discount on a future order...NO I WILL NOT BE USING THIS WEBSITE EVER AGAIN!! Ask for refund!!
The only good thing is I DID GET THE REFUND BACK!

This is absolutely the WORST company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. I needed flowers for a funeral and was all ready to hit the button to place my order online, which said I had time for same day delivery. Not trusting this, I called them and was told that I had missed the same day delivery. The guy on the phone then pressured me to order on the phone with him, which incurred an additional charge he did not tell me about. They later said the charge was to encourage people to order online, which I told him I was one button from doing. I asked him what the shipping would be and was told it starts at $9.99, so I asked for the total (specifically said the price of the item plus $9.99) he simply said I have sent you an invoice. What company won't give you a total and charges you anyway? The shipping ended up being $18.98.

Then the next day, day of the funeral, they called to say the item I wanted was 'not in good shape' and that they wanted to preplace it (bait and switch). Later they changed their... (Read the full review)
