I needed flowers for my son in the hospital on the other side of the country. I called in so I could confirm that it was done right and I wanted them delivered that day. They had many advertisements on line of same-day delivery. I even changed by arrangement two times to get a plant arrangement that could be delivered that day. After ordering $100 worth of plant upgrades and a balloon I was told in the process it was no guarantee it would be delivered that day but don't worry it would be delivered in the morning!! I explained that that was not OK that's why I was calling them and using this service and chose that arrangement. I also had asked if they could send me a picture of the arrangement being that I won't be able to see it and I've seen already seen reviews about the flowers not looking like the picture. Flowers werent delivered untill the next day at 5:30 and no picture . All management and customer service could tell me what it was my job to read all the fine print but there's no guarantees pretty much of anything. And me talking to a customer service rep and wanting same day delivery and pick in the arrangement for same-day delivery could still not get me same day delivery !! All the sites with positive reviews are company planted positive reviews. Look at the site and how many bad reviews they have. I should've looked at this first. I will never use them again.
In summary, I would not recommend Just Flowers to a friend.
