I ordered a bouquet a week in advance for use in my bridal portraits. Received several telephone calls about my billing address and answered all of the company's questions. They gave no indication that they were having issues filling my order.

The day it was suppose to be delivered (Saturday), I still had not received my bouquet by 7pm. I called them again, and I was told that they would not be able to deliver it that day and they could not find a florist to fill the order, but that the bouquet would be delivered the next day before 4pm (Sunday).

Sunday morning around 11:30am, I received another call saying that they were unable to fill my order as I had ordered the bouquet, but that they could use substitute flowers (carnations mostly) to create my bouquet (I ordered one with roses and peonies). I needed it that night for pictures, so I agreed but asked if I would be charged the same amount. They told me yes, that they were not going to charge me extra. EXTRA?! for carnations when I ordered roses and peonies?! I told them it sounded like a less expensive bouquet to me, and the employee just rushed me off of the phone.

I then received an email with the flower list and colors they would now be using. They were not the same quality or even color as the bouquet I originally ordered. I called back and told them this, and they acted like it was a huge inconvenience to change the order now (when I'd spoken to them less than 2 minutes prior).

When I received the most expensive bouquet of mostly carnations ever, it looked ok. If I had actually ordered that bouquet and paid 1/2 of what I had paid, I might have been happy with it.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE experience. Will never use again.

In summary, I would not recommend Just Flowers to a friend.
