So I ordered a bunch of flowers for there same day delivery. they told me that they wouldn't have time that day to deliver them. so I said ok how about tomorrow. they said that would work. when I asked if they knew the area they said yes that they deliver there all the time but, then they proceeded to ask me where this place was and the zip..... um ok you just said you deliver there all the time lol. oh well right? I shrugged it off gave them all the info that they needed for delivery for the next morning.. Well half way through the next day I get a call saying that they havnt delivered them yet and if I wanted them delivered they were going to raise the delivery charge by $35.00 =O I said no thank you that exceeds what I have to spend. I would like to cancel the order. they said ok and offered me a lower double charge delivery amount I said no thank you again I would like to cancel. well they hung up on me and soon after I get a confirmation email stating that my order has been cancelled. Great! so I went and got some flowers and delivered them on my own. then the day after that, I, get a call from the person I was getting flowers for thanking me for the delivery =O ?????????. Yes even though I, cancelled the order and it was confirmed cancelled; days later they made up there own order, delivered it and charged me for it!! WTF The whole point was having them there long before hand for a reason. and they couldn't do that. so I took care of it on my own. now I'm out hundreds of $$$. the flowers where nice but, this is inexcusable. they wont even refund me the $
I, hope whoever reads this understands what I'm saying and takes it into consideration before they order.

In summary, I would not recommend Just Flowers to a friend.
