If you are like me, and you already ordered thru this company and could not reach anyone about your order to get a tracking or an update, you need to call 1.800.880.5921 and not the other phone numbers they offer you. BUT They will refuse to give you detailed info, what a scam. VERY VERY SAD that my mom did not get the flowers she deserved and I had it planned a week ahead of time.

In summary, I would not recommend Just Flowers to a friend.

To sum it up, they don't even deserve the 1 star that I had to give them to put this review up. What we ordered is not what we received. Trying to get to a Manager, yeah right, better chance on speaking with the President of the US! This company does not stand behind their customers. As long as they got your money that's all they care about. DO NOT use this company. Stay away. Google the company and spend the time reading the reviews. Trust me it will be worth the time. I just wish I took the time to do so myself.

Ordered online 3 days before for a delivery on Monday. Received an email on the day of deliver at 5:11 pm stating, "Regarding Possible Redlivery of Your Order for 5/06 to..." Only content of the email was a link to a page to question about your delivery that stated that issues are addressed the following day. Called the company and was on hold for 15 minutes, at that point I was switched to an answering machine that said it was checked every 15 minutes during business hours, and to leave your name, number, and order number and your call will be returned. Never got a returned call.

Then received another email that night on 7:46 pm stating, "Question about your order (order #) to ...." So they had to hear the message, and knew they dropped the ball.

Called this morning and was on hold for about 5 minutes, told the person the issue, was put on hold for a manager, and then hung up on. Called back, and was on hold for another 5 minutes, repeated the process, was on hold wainting for a manager for another 5-8 minutes and was then told the managers were too busy. I refused... Do not use! I wish I had not.
I ordered two dozen roses to be sent to my sister for her 50th birthday. Two days after the scheduled delivery date, they send me an e-mail saying they were "terribly sorry to inform you that due to the remote location of XXXXXX's residence, they would need an extra $15.00 to complete the order."
Got that? Two days after the scheduled delivery, they come asking for more money. They had no problem completing and confirming the order and charging my credit card the previous week. By the way, my sister lives in the suburbs of San Antonio, the 7th largest city in the US. No exactly remote.
I tried calling the customer "service" line and was consistently on hold forever.
Terrible company.

In summary, I would not recommend Just Flowers to a friend.

I ordered flowers for Valentines day (to be delivered on the 13th, the day before Valentines Day) & paid extra for them be in a red vase & another additional fee for delivery before 1pm (total order $115).

The flowers arrived at 2pm in a clear vase & was not the arrangement I ordered. I tried 4 times to contact justflowers.com by phone leaving messages no one returned my call. I emailed them, no one responded to me email. I filed a complaint with PayPal that finally got them to re-send the correct arrangement (still not in the red vase I paid extra for). When I escalated the case with PayPal they finally contacted me only to offer a $10 refund!! Not even enough to reimburse the extra $32 I spent for a red vase & early delivery!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH JUSTFLOWERS.COM.....YOU WILL BE VERY DISSAPOINED!!!!!!!

In summary, I would not recommend Just Flowers to a friend.

Beware!

This call center uses the locations and reputations of REAL florists around the country to direct customers to their website.

When you find a local florist on this site and click on the graphic to order flowers, you are redirected to the Just Flowers site.)

Why use a national online call center middleman, who will only send your flower order to a local florist who has to fill your order at a discount? Instead, be sure you are dealing with a REAL local florist to begin with, to get the best in quality, value and service.

In summary, I would not recommend Just Flowers to a friend.

This is a WIRE service, their employees (which you can barely understand) don't know a lily from a daisy. I work in a florist shop and hate dealing them. They take YOUR money and then call the local florist to fill the order - but they don't give the florist all the info you have provided (like the delivery date YOU told them or the time it must be there). Plus the local florist only gets a portion of the money, so the recipient gets fewer flowers. 5 days after Valentine's Day and they are asking us to deliver flowers with a card that reads "Happy Valentine's Day, Sweetie", then the recipient blames us for the late delivery! We will no longer be filling any orders from them, not worth the trouble. Call a local florist YOURSELF don't use this middleman

WARNING!! Do not use JustFlowers.com!!! The flowers my husband ordered for me for Valentine's Day were never delivered. It took 3 days of non-stop calling to finally get someone to answer the phone. When they did it was like talking to a rock. They lied and said the flowers were delivered and signed for and said that someone must have stolen them. Really??? Horrible service! Horrible attitude!

It's been 5 days and still no resolution. I've checked their FB page....nothing but complaints.

In summary, I would not recommend Just Flowers to a friend.

Ordered flowers for Vanentines day and the site said it would deliver them on the 13th. On the night of the 15th I recieved an email stating they would try to deliver on the 16th. The editor needs to read some of the reviews

I am truly upset and disgusted with this company. I placed in on February 13th through their website to be delivered to my wife at her work on Valentines Day. The website stated that the order was guaranteed to be delivered on Valentines Day. However, my wife never received the flowers I ordered for her.

To add insult to injury, their so called 24 hour customer service is impossible to reach. I spent most of the evening last night trying to reach their customer service. Initially when I started trying to reach their customer service, I would be on hold (hearing the hold music). Then the call would seem to go through - I would get ringing, but the line just continuously rang (after being on hold). At one point AFTER being on hold for close to ten minutes, the line then rang for 15 minutes straight before I finally hung up. I then tried to reach the company again several more times after 10pm. I would be placed on hold for about two and a half minutes (with the recording saying the next available customer service representative would be with me).
