I paid extra for more flowers in the order and got less flowers than were supposed to be in the flowers. $114.00 for flowers that looked like junk. I could have gone to Walmart and bought their $24.00 bouquet in a vase which looked 10 times better than the junk that Just Flowers sent out. Stay away from this ripoff company. if you try to contact them by phone or on line you will never get thru. There are NO good points.

In summary, I would not recommend Just Flowers to a friend.

After putting in my Mother's Day flower order to be delivered the Saturday before Mother's day, I followed up on that Friday to ensure that all was well with my order. It was supposedly good to go as I was assured it was by the customer service person. Sunday Morning at 10:56AM, I get the following text message: "Jo, we apologize that we were unable to deliver your order to (my mother's name) and we have rescheduled it for Monday. We understand how important it is to show your loved-ones how important they are to you and we are truly sorry." Yes, they are truly a Sorry excuse for a florist delivery company. As for the "we understand the importance of showing how important your loved one they are, obviously they are not and it is just words! This company is not a brick and mortar local florist but an outsider that uses deception via the internet posing as a "local" florist. They ARE NOT! They show up as local when you do a search. I ordered flowers this morning for a friend's birthday at around 10:30 am. I paid extra for a four hour delivery. It is almost 6 pm and still no flowers have been delivered. I have been on hold now with their customer service for 20 minutes....okay, now they just disconnected me. Will never order from them again.

In summary, I would not recommend Just Flowers to a friend.

I placed an order with them on the 23 of march. I recieved several notices that they would be delivered the next day. Then on April 1 I recieved a notice that they needed another $8.95 to deliver them. I called the service department and after 20min on hold the representative said that she was transfereing me to her supervisor, After waiting another 20min I the rep came back on the line.

In summary, I would not recommend Just Flowers to a friend.

I purchased a Pink Lady Standing Spray for a deceased relative. On the day of the delivery (three days later), I received eight mobile calls, three land line calls, four emails, and I made five calls asking for my approval to a replacement of the flowers in the spray. I learned later in an email, the plan was to deliver a garden dish plant as a replacement. At the end of the day, I received a picture of what was delivered and it was this horrendous plant combination that probably could be held in a hand, and was one third the cost. After many attempts to connect to a manager, I spoke to two and they were basically useless in providing answers to my questions or resolving the problem. It is inconceivable that a company that has been around for over 17 years can not get a florist in an entire state to produce a spray similar to what was advertised or they could not inform me prior to the delivery date the spray wasn't available. This company is the most unprofessional I've ever dealt with. I ordered what should have been an arrangement of ASSORTED ORANGE flowers for $163. What was delivered to my dear friend were yellow and red roses that were thrown into a vase by presumably a 3 year old. To make matters worse, JustFlowers' customer service offered to credit me $10. This when they didn't even have an explanation as to why my Invoice/Order reads "Sunset Rose", which is a $64.99 corsage. They are THIEVES!!

In summary, I would not recommend Just Flowers to a friend.

Ordered some roses to be delivered the day before Christmas Eve to my girlfriend. I was not in town. Called me the day of delivery at 5 PM telling me that they were unable to make the delivery and wanted to reschedule. So frustrated I agreed for the next week Which was New Year’s Eve which was the last day she was working they called me the day of again and told me that they were unable to find flowers to make the arrangement and wanted me to choose a gift out of a poor selection of gift baskets. In myWere completely overpriced and lacked class. It takes a lot for me to write a bad review on a product but this kind of got personal. So after talking to customer service which was going nowhere. I asked for a manager and I was put on hold for a good 20 minutes. Which customer service came back on saying that they were unable to reach her manager. She said someone would call back. Ordered flowers on Dec. 17 for Dec 22 delivery. Dec. 22-no delivery person available. Dec23-no delivery person available. Dec 24-no delivery person available and said they were closed for the holiday. Supposedly, the florist was only a couple miles from the delivery location. I complained about delivery and requested free service. Received email this morning saying the order had been canceled and to wait for your refund. This is about the worst customer service I have been involved with. I will never use this company again.

This business is pathetic when it comes to their customer commitments. I ordered a flower arrangement for my dying sister and it was promised for the same day delivery; it was delivered 3 days later. My sister never saw them in time. When complained about this their reply was uncaring and indifference and did not take responsibility for their late delivery. When asked for a refund for them not fulfilling their responsibility they all but laughed at my request and stated that they don't give refunds for flowers that were delivered even thought it was 3 days after their promised delivery date. Other words, their response was "we got your money, tough @#$! to you". I called my credit card company and they have refunded my money and are pursuing Just Flowers. My advice is to not deal with these liars & thieves. My review is a minus 1, not even a 0.

Order online with limited choices - take credit card information and then just outsource the order to multiple florists - cannot confirm or even guarantee the order will be filled - offer same day guaranteed delivery.

I called to confirm as it was important special occasion and it is just a call center overseas - when I finally receive an email that the order would not be filled same day - tried to cancel - nightmare - will not cancel over the phone - tried to talk us into a discount for next day delivery - I explained it was for a special occasion - so they missed the entire event - still tried to discount further - would not cancel - wanted to transfer to a manager - waited over 10 minutes - no manager was available and customer service could not cancel the order.

I emailed 4 times for cancellation and then had to call 8 times. Finally got an email for cancellation but we also had to call the credit card company and alert them regarding fraudulent charge as they guarantee same day delivery and were concerned we would not receive the credit.
