Ordered from this company. Nothing was delivered and what worse, they did not even contacted me to let me know that they had problems. They did not refund money to the credit card either. Had to file a dispute.

In summary, I would not recommend Just Flowers to a friend.

Charge is on my credit card but no flowers present at the wake. I ordered them the morning before the wake which began at 4:00 the day after. It was a prepared dish garden arrangement. $72.00 charge. Why does it say on their site they are rated number 1 with reviews. Yet on this site they are rated much lower. I see no place to rate their product on their site.

In summary, I would not recommend Just Flowers to a friend.

This online store doesn't own a real flowers shop. They only getting an order from people needs a flowers, then they will charge you more than what the real flower shop store has. Visit the website and Buy on the real store not on this online order flower site!!!

Flowers were to be delivered to our house in Washington DC yesterday -- for my wife's birthday. Yesterday JUST FLOWERS called and said the flowers could not be delivered in time and instead would be delivered today. I called JUST FLOWERS this afternoon to make sure the flowers would be delivered. I was told that they were in touch with the local florist and the flowers would be delivered by 5:00 pm. It is now 6:00 pm and nothing has been delivered. I called to cancel the order and get a refund. They said it was not possible since the order was put through to the local florist, but they would try too look into the matter. I will not waste my time calling this fraudulent business again. I just wonder how they manage to stay in buiness. My advice to potential customers -- DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS COMPANY. They have no compunction in lying to and cheating their customers. This company should be looked into by the Consumer Protection Bureau and hopefully closed down.

In summary, I would not recommend Just Flowers to a friend.

Just flowers presented a beautiful picture of a florist quality sympathy arrangement ($74.99) and provided the grieving family 8 stems, some greens and water just stuffed in the vase. I found out the order was filled by a farmers market operation not even a florist. I was almost in tears when I saw what they sent to my fiance's family and contacted them within 24 hours. While minimal compensation was refunded ($15), nothing could replace the embarrassment and hurt when I saw what they sent. After sending the picture of the product to Just flowers, the 1st person I spoke to acknowledged the disarray of the product. Later that day I spoke with the general manager who said they have the option to provide the specified number of stem, greens, water and any container and that's what the grieving family received. He told me he didn't see anything wrong with the product and how else would they make money. I appreciate the explanation provided by the general manager and I am glad that I will never make the mistake with Justflowers again.

In summary, I would not recommend Just Flowers to a friend.

I chose a basket of flower to be delivered for my relative's funeral in Canada. on their website was £40.00 and they never send me any invoice or receipt. so I checked my bank account and I was charged £54.00
wen I complained via email, they charged me for delivery-handling charge-and phone fee which was free by viber.

on the chat live the assistant asked me to phone me and I agreed. but I didn't expect they are that cheeky to charge me for their phone call.

I Only recommend this company to my enemies.

Do not use this company!!! Flowers were ordered for me as a surprise for my birthday. They were never delivered. Once the order was cancelled was only when they called me to notify me. Then when I called customer service I was told nothing could be done since the order was cancelled. I requested to speak to a manger which the representative refused to do and then hung up on me. Finally 45 minutes later I was able to speak to a manager and they still refused to do anything to rectify the situation. I would not recommend Just Flowers to anyone!

I have never experienced such poor service from a floral company. They do provide professional service to Canadian customers. I paid for express service 2 days ago and still don't know after 2 days if the flowers will be delivered! They didn't inform me that I would have to pay in American funds even though I am calling from Canada to be delivered to a Canadian address! I was shocked and indicated that no one communicated this to me. They then eventually reduced the fee.

They also wanted to add an additional $15.00 after I had paid because of my location.!

In summary, I would not recommend Just Flowers to a friend.

The absolutely worst experience ever!! You can't review without at least one star, so know that I'd give them a ZERO if I could.

They can take your charge info. Flowers can't be delivered because the order is never recorded. You'll spend hours on the phone, first with them, then trying to find out what happened to the order. I believed them when they said an attempt was made to deliver, but after reading hundreds of complaints, I see this is part of the SCAM. They told me that their delivery person said the receptionist at the recipients office told them the recipient was on vacation. (This way it isn't their fault, it is mine!) They can't track down anything except your bank. The customer service people are also the supervisors, and are also the managers. They have no corporate offices, they think! You can not call back and ask to speak to anyone specific and I'm pretty sure you will be connected to someone in another country. They don't speak English well enough to be able to understand them. I thought that I was going to get a good value as the online prices were reasonable, but once it was all said and done it was way more expensive. I have never experienced such horrible service. I really do not understand why and how Just Flowers is still in business. Not only was my delivery 3 days late, but they never even had the courtesy to tell me. I had to call them SEVERAL times to see what was going on. It was supposed to be a surprise. After all of that they did not have my flowers of choice available and they did not have anything close to what I wanted. They outsourced my order to a small florist because of the area. Then they didn't have the pot that I ordered and they charged me $10 more for the new one. When I talked to a man at the "corporate office" he was the rudest person I have dealt with in that position.
