I thought that I was going to get a good value as the online prices were reasonable, but once it was all said and done it was way more expensive. I have never experienced such horrible service. I really do not understand why and how Just Flowers is still in business. Not only was my delivery 3 days late, but they never even had the courtesy to tell me. I had to call them SEVERAL times to see what was going on. It was supposed to be a surprise. After all of that they did not have my flowers of choice available and they did not have anything close to what I wanted. They outsourced my order to a small florist because of the area. Then they didn't have the pot that I ordered and they charged me $10 more for the new one. When I talked to a man at the "corporate office" he was the rudest person I have dealt with in that position. He said he could not do anything more than whatever the customer service rep told me which was a discount of $10. Are YOU SERIOUS!!??! I have and continue to tell everyone I can, not to EVER USE JUST FLOWERS.
In summary, I would not recommend Just Flowers to a friend.
