The absolutely worst experience ever!! You can't review without at least one star, so know that I'd give them a ZERO if I could.
They can take your charge info. Flowers can't be delivered because the order is never recorded. You'll spend hours on the phone, first with them, then trying to find out what happened to the order. I believed them when they said an attempt was made to deliver, but after reading hundreds of complaints, I see this is part of the SCAM. They told me that their delivery person said the receptionist at the recipients office told them the recipient was on vacation. (This way it isn't their fault, it is mine!) They can't track down anything except your bank. The customer service people are also the supervisors, and are also the managers. They have no corporate offices, they think! You can not call back and ask to speak to anyone specific and I'm pretty sure you will be connected to someone in another country. They don't speak English well enough to be able to understand them. They do not understand English. Oh, and they like to yell at you and talk over you. All of this cost over $100, and remember NO FLOWERS WERE EVER DELIVERED!
The good points... pretty web site with photos of gorgeous bouquets of flowers, and dreamy upgrades like chocolate, wine, balloons.
In summary, I would not recommend Just Flowers to a friend.
