I have never experienced such poor service from a floral company. They do provide professional service to Canadian customers. I paid for express service 2 days ago and still don't know after 2 days if the flowers will be delivered! They didn't inform me that I would have to pay in American funds even though I am calling from Canada to be delivered to a Canadian address! I was shocked and indicated that no one communicated this to me. They then eventually reduced the fee.
They also wanted to add an additional $15.00 after I had paid because of my location.!
In summary, I would not recommend Just Flowers to a friend.
