Just flowers presented a beautiful picture of a florist quality sympathy arrangement ($74.99) and provided the grieving family 8 stems, some greens and water just stuffed in the vase. I found out the order was filled by a farmers market operation not even a florist. I was almost in tears when I saw what they sent to my fiance's family and contacted them within 24 hours. While minimal compensation was refunded ($15), nothing could replace the embarrassment and hurt when I saw what they sent. After sending the picture of the product to Just flowers, the 1st person I spoke to acknowledged the disarray of the product. Later that day I spoke with the general manager who said they have the option to provide the specified number of stem, greens, water and any container and that's what the grieving family received. He told me he didn't see anything wrong with the product and how else would they make money. I appreciate the explanation provided by the general manager and I am glad that I will never make the mistake with Justflowers again.
In summary, I would not recommend Just Flowers to a friend.
