Flowers were to be delivered to our house in Washington DC yesterday -- for my wife's birthday. Yesterday JUST FLOWERS called and said the flowers could not be delivered in time and instead would be delivered today. I called JUST FLOWERS this afternoon to make sure the flowers would be delivered. I was told that they were in touch with the local florist and the flowers would be delivered by 5:00 pm. It is now 6:00 pm and nothing has been delivered. I called to cancel the order and get a refund. They said it was not possible since the order was put through to the local florist, but they would try too look into the matter. I will not waste my time calling this fraudulent business again. I just wonder how they manage to stay in buiness. My advice to potential customers -- DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS COMPANY. They have no compunction in lying to and cheating their customers. This company should be looked into by the Consumer Protection Bureau and hopefully closed down.
In summary, I would not recommend Just Flowers to a friend.
