I chose a basket of flower to be delivered for my relative's funeral in Canada. on their website was £40.00 and they never send me any invoice or receipt. so I checked my bank account and I was charged £54.00
wen I complained via email, they charged me for delivery-handling charge-and phone fee which was free by viber.
on the chat live the assistant asked me to phone me and I agreed. but I didn't expect they are that cheeky to charge me for their phone call.
I Only recommend this company to my enemies.
In summary, I would not recommend Just Flowers to a friend.
