Do not use this company!!! Flowers were ordered for me as a surprise for my birthday. They were never delivered. Once the order was cancelled was only when they called me to notify me. Then when I called customer service I was told nothing could be done since the order was cancelled. I requested to speak to a manger which the representative refused to do and then hung up on me. Finally 45 minutes later I was able to speak to a manager and they still refused to do anything to rectify the situation. I would not recommend Just Flowers to anyone!
In summary, I would not recommend Just Flowers to a friend.
