I do not recommend using this service. I ordered the Largest "Upsy Daisy" arrangement to be delivered. My sister ended up picking up the flowers. My sister sent me a picture of the bouquet and it was this tiny bouquet, not much bigger than my sisters hand. There were no daisies in the "Upsy Daisy". For You Flowers says they put flowers of "value" in the bouquet. Well, it didn't meet my expectations. I wanted a BIG bouquet for my niece and I wanted Daisies. That is why I selected the "Upsy Daisy" and that is why I selected the BIGGEST Bouquet they had. Additionally, I had selected to have a personalized card sent. When my sister picked up the bouquet, they didn't have the card that I had ordered. They weren't going to include it. My sister insisted on a card. They gave her a card to fill out herself.

When I called to complain I asked to have my shipping/handling reimbursed and was told that they would reimburse the shipping/handling. When I talked to the agent, I asked that I only pay for... (Read the full review)

I ordered a flower bouquet and balloon and paid xtra to deliver by noon the next day. It was 2pm and the order wasnt received so I called cust serv, they promised to deliver it to the home address by evening. I receive a call at night telling me it wasnt delivered. I called again and they guaranteed to deliver it by noon the following day. The order wasn't deliver until around 3pm that afternoon. When my friend sends me the picture... it was NOT the arrangement I ordered.They sent her an ugly plant instead of the beautiful flower bouquet I paid for. I called the company a third time and they would only offer a 15% discount.If they redeliver the item(the next day) they would take back the plant. I didnt have the heart to tell my friend that they screwed up the order so I refused. The customer serv reps sounded like they deal with this on a regular basis and the first one was rude (talking to other people while I was on the line).I will never use this terrible company again.

Nearly week late delivery, false claims/excuses, completely wrong product delivered first and partially correct product delivered 2nd time On 3/8 I placed ordered for promised delivery on 3/9. This never occurred so I called and it was reported to me that the florist stated change of dates was agreed upon by recipient which was a complete lie (florist called her and stated she was running late and would not be there until after 5pm and the recipient gave her directions to her place on 3/9). When it was finally delivered on 3/10 it was a cheap substitute (ordered vibrant bright yellow lilies and deep vibrant pink/magenta roses in a deep pink vase and what was delivered were a small cheap arrangement of white daisies with a couple pink ones in a cheesy cheap vase). When I sent the pictures to Fromyouflowers and expressed being upset at deceptive florist about delivery date followed by completely wrong flowers, they stated they would have to pick up the wrong flowers and would have another florist deliver correct arrangement on 3/12 as they couldnt do anything about it the following day on a Sunday. From You Flowers.com - what a great disappointment! ! I had ordered flowers for a friend's funeral but it was never delivered, however I was told twice personally that it was delivered on time. As a flower delivery service company, they should've followed up with this before I had to chase after them for answers. Not only they've failed to follow up on a simple order but they've also failed to follow through with their promise of letting me know what was going on. I have used this company a handful of times but I will never use them again after this. It's not only the fact that the flowers were never delivered but also the failure to handle this properly and promptly when notified by the customer several times. For the record, I have called twice and emailed twice regarding the status of my order and was told twice personally that my order was delivered on time. This was for a funeral which was 3 weeks ago. This was such an awful experience, it was for a birthday surprise and they never got it. I even paid extra for expedited guaranteed delivery to be delivered before 12pm. I had the birthday girl wait 90 minutes after 12pm and still no flowers. This was embarrassing and horrible. They were so rude, and didn't want to give me refund. They said all there were going to do is deliver the flowers in 1-2 days. Her birthday is today, not in 1-2 days. I payed for a guarantee.
Because they were so rude, and did nothing to help this situation, I even called my attorney. However, fromyouflowers.com is based out of another state, I would have to pay around $350 to file a claim with the Supreme Court. I'm still debating it, because it was the principle and they showed no compassion.

I was so disappointed in their service and the quality of the product delivered, when they finally got there.

I had to be away the week of Valentines and my fiance's birthday. I arranged to have a dozen roses delivered to her work on her birthday, Feb 16th.

When I had not received a note from her about receiving the flowers by 2:30 Pacific Time I called their number to see when they might be delivered. The customer services Rep told me that they had already been delivered; in fact that they had been left at the reception desk. Since my fiance's office does not have a reception desk I was worried.

I was forced to spoil the surprise and tell her that she should go looking for them, how romantic that was. None of the offices in her complex had received a delivery.

After a couple of calls I was finally told that they would make their best effort to deliver them tomorrow. I ordered for Valentines Day a month early. I paid extra to have them delivered before noon. Not only were they not there by noon. They NEVER showed up. I called customer service and waited on the phone for an hour. I sent 3 emails in which, have still not gotten a reply. They refunded my money (so they said), but still ruined a holiday! They couldn't get ahold of the florist and has no explanation of what happened. I understand they were busy that day, but they had a whole month call me if their was a problem.

I was recommended to use them for delivery for flowers to a memorial of a co-worker's infant who had passed away. This is a sad enouigh time so at first I was very pleased. They had beautiful displays on the site, the phone service (once you were finally off hold) was nice and even checked to give me a military discount (which on an order that was $161 when all said and done was appreciated). It went downhill from there. The afternoon and evening before I was contacted 4 times by fromyouflowers reps to get answers about delivery to the memorial. Finally after the last call in the evening everything was straight. They would deliver to the only gazebo in the cemetary directly off the main road in time for the funeral which started at 9am. The day of the service came and around 4 pm (7 hours after the funeral) I was contacted by one of the co-workers who did not see our flowers there. I immediately called fromyouflowers and after a few minutes of research they concluded that the order had not been delivered. Paid extra for a guarenteed delivery for my best friend of 20yrs having their first baby. They had been discharged by the time the flowers got there 2 days late. Bogus. Also they didnt want to refund any money and wanted to give me a coupon for $10 off my next order, an offer that I'd already rec if I ordered more than day or signed up for an account.

For anyone who wants to send something special to someone in a timely manner, do NOT choose this website. They are ineffective. Their website states that same day orders are guaranteed if ordered by 3pm. Do not be fooled by their professional website. I ordered flowers for my wife as a good luck gift on a Friday for an event she was doing out of town on the weekend - I placed the order before 1pm. At 4:15pm I got a call that the florist could not make a delivery and that the flowers would not be delivered. BS

So, PLEASE do not choose this website, unless you want to take a chance that your special gift will not arrive.
