I was so disappointed in their service and the quality of the product delivered, when they finally got there.

I had to be away the week of Valentines and my fiance's birthday. I arranged to have a dozen roses delivered to her work on her birthday, Feb 16th.

When I had not received a note from her about receiving the flowers by 2:30 Pacific Time I called their number to see when they might be delivered. The customer services Rep told me that they had already been delivered; in fact that they had been left at the reception desk. Since my fiance's office does not have a reception desk I was worried.

I was forced to spoil the surprise and tell her that she should go looking for them, how romantic that was. None of the offices in her complex had received a delivery.

After a couple of calls I was finally told that they would make their best effort to deliver them tomorrow. The only positive point on the whole transaction was that when I said "well it will not be her birthday tomorrow" the CSR seemed to really care about my concern. She was able to get a commitment to deliver them that day.

Well they finally showed up at 4:47, 13 minutes before she leaves for the day.

The roses that did show up looked like a bunch of flowers that you would buy from a homeless person on a street corner for $5 in a vase that you could buy at the dollar store.

I never plan to use their service again. So there is nothing they can do for me. However they may want to discontinue their relationship with the florist they used for this transaction because in addition to delivering the flowers to the wrong place and delivering sub-standard roses, the woman who delivered the flowers was indifferent to the point of being rude.

Both my fiancé and I were sorely disappointed.

In summary, I would not recommend From You Flowers to a friend.
