I ordered for Valentines Day a month early. I paid extra to have them delivered before noon. Not only were they not there by noon. They NEVER showed up. I called customer service and waited on the phone for an hour. I sent 3 emails in which, have still not gotten a reply. They refunded my money (so they said), but still ruined a holiday! They couldn't get ahold of the florist and has no explanation of what happened. I understand they were busy that day, but they had a whole month call me if their was a problem.
In summary, I would not recommend From You Flowers to a friend.
