I was recommended to use them for delivery for flowers to a memorial of a co-worker's infant who had passed away. This is a sad enouigh time so at first I was very pleased. They had beautiful displays on the site, the phone service (once you were finally off hold) was nice and even checked to give me a military discount (which on an order that was $161 when all said and done was appreciated). It went downhill from there. The afternoon and evening before I was contacted 4 times by fromyouflowers reps to get answers about delivery to the memorial. Finally after the last call in the evening everything was straight. They would deliver to the only gazebo in the cemetary directly off the main road in time for the funeral which started at 9am. The day of the service came and around 4 pm (7 hours after the funeral) I was contacted by one of the co-workers who did not see our flowers there. I immediately called fromyouflowers and after a few minutes of research they concluded that the order had not been delivered. After a couple of other phone calls to reps and a supervisor (after having to call back when I was hung up on instead of connected and then being left on hold for over 10 minutes waiting "just a minute" to have the supervisor pick up) I was able to get a half hearted aplogy and full refund. I do realize that the actual florist is the bulk of this issue, however fromyouflowers would not tell me the specific florist and as such I hold them completley accountable for this horrible and unprofessional service. I was not able to get an explination as to why I had not been contacted if there was an issue (especially as they contacted me a few times the day prior with no problem) or if I was going to be contacted at all (perhaps the florist they used was just going to keep the money and not say anything) since it took me contacting them 7 hours after they failed at their job. While I pity those who have had missed deliveries on birthdays and mother's day, ect. To mess up on such an important and unfortunate event is unbeliveable. This lack of compassion ad unprofessionalism staggers me.
In summary, I would not recommend From You Flowers to a friend.
