So the scam is if they don't hit your delivery window, you try to cancel, they won't cancel it or inform the florist who delivers...they deliver it late, you pay and they won't refund at all. they have your money up front and refuse to refund even though they didn't deliver as promised....same day delivery....not a snowballs chance in hell!

stay away from this company!!!!!

In summary, I would not recommend Just Flowers to a friend.
