Horrible experience...do not use this company!!They truly do not care about customer service. Seemed simple enough with on-line ordering and same day delivery but don't let that fool you. Before the flowers were delivered the recipient got a call to say, "do not accept the delivery they are meant for someone in another town, we will send yours out shortly." When flowers were delivered there was no card. When I emailed company to see if flowers were indeed sent I got an email reply that stated their shop was closed but that they would get back to me in the morning. Of course no one did. Can you imagine the embarrassment having to ask the recipient if she received the flowers? It gave the impression that she had no manners. When I called customer service to discuss the experience, I got a rude woman who connected me to her supervisor at my request because she clearly did not understand the absurdity of the situation. Her Supervisor was even less sympathetic and offered a $7 credit off my next order. Would you have faith in this company to try them again? I may have had they been understanding and... Ordered flowers Saturday for a Sunday delivery. On Sunday they called to tell me the'll deliver them Monday - a day after the viewing. I cancelled the order and now my credit card company says they've charged my card. Stay away is my advice.

Just flowers is the worst flower company that I have come across while living 52 years upon this earth. I would rather pick flowers from a cemetary before I call just flowers again. Their customer service is a ground zero, and the delivery of flowers is not delivered per orders. Don't waste your time - TRUST ME!!!!!
