My son ordered flowers for me for Mother's Day. They did not arrive until the Tuesday after Mother's Day at 9:00 pm. He felt so bad, so did I. He thought he was ordering this great bouquet only to look like he did not plan for Mother's Day at all. Why would a company take on too many orders if they knew they could never fulfill them? Such poor customer service. He was charged $90- this bouquet looks like the $39.99 ones on the website and the roses have brown edges. Yuck! A note accompanying the delivery said "we have added extra flowers to your order to help compensate". Really????? There is no way flowers were added to this sad basket of old flowers.
Calling customer service is a waste of time. They just say "I'm sorry" but there is no compensation except to say "our website says we can reimbure $10 for a late delivery fee". $10? Seriously, so they just take all the orders they can without ever expecting to deliver them all, charge 2-3 times what the bouquet is worth, deliver it when they get around to it, and occasionally have to reimburse someone (who is willing to wait on hold for 10 minutes) $10. Such a scam!!!!!!!!
DO NOT USE THIS PLACE! It is the worst.
In summary, I would not recommend Just Flowers to a friend.
