AVOID JUSTFLOWERS.COM LIKE THE PLAGUE

Ordered online 3 days before for a delivery on Monday. Received an email on the day of deliver at 5:11 pm stating, "Regarding Possible Redlivery of Your Order for 5/06 to..." Only content of the email was a link to a page to question about your delivery that stated that issues are addressed the following day. Called the company and was on hold for 15 minutes, at that point I was switched to an answering machine that said it was checked every 15 minutes during business hours, and to leave your name, number, and order number and your call will be returned. Never got a returned call.

Then received another email that night on 7:46 pm stating, "Question about your order (order #) to ...." So they had to hear the message, and knew they dropped the ball.

Called this morning and was on hold for about 5 minutes, told the person the issue, was put on hold for a manager, and then hung up on. Called back, and was on hold for another 5 minutes, repeated the process, was on hold wainting for a manager for another 5-8 minutes and was then told the managers were too busy. I refused to have them take my number so they could call me back, told them I would wait. Waited another 5-8 minutes, and the same customer service girl cam on and said she would handle the problem because the managers were all still busy. Either spineless, or so many complaints they are swamped. Either way, not good. They already knew the issue, so probably just avoiding my call to let the poor customer service girl take the rear chewing. The girl tried to ofer me $10 dollars off and an appolgy from the company, and flowers delivered today. I refused. Birthday was yesterday. Refund takes 4 days.

I had to call the person who's bithday the flowers were a supprise for and ask them if they received the gift. Of course they did not, and I was made to look like a jerk for not getting a present. Company's that cater to holidays and special occasions should be be more on top of what they are doing. I am paying them to take the stress away from worrying if the flowers arrive or not, and all they have done is make it a miserable experice. I will never use an impersonal internet business for anything as important as special occasions again. Apparently this happens A LOT there; see other opinion sites.

In summary, I would not recommend Just Flowers to a friend.
