I implore anyone and everyone looking to purchase any flowers from an online company to NOT buy from Justflowers.com.

Long story short, I ordered flowers on Thursday, to be delivered Friday for a funeral. Flowers never arrived so, after trying to contact Justflowers.com repeatedly with no results, I reordered flowers with another company to be delivered Saturday. On Monday, a florist called and said she had delivered the flowers with a note from Justflowers.com saying "Sorry we couldn't get this out on the weekend". I received no calls, no emails, nothing other than that note. Upon contacting Justflowers they offered me a $10.00 credit UNLESS, I allowed the florist who delivered the flowers to go back and retrieve them from a woman who just lost her husband 3 days prior. Rightfully so, both myself, and the local florist refused to do so for obvious reasons. I filed a BBB complaint to which I received a call from Jason who stated that on the weekends they have a policy which states they are not responsible for delayed flowers but will offer a $10.00 credit. No Delivery of Purchase on Valentines.... Already filed BBB complaint and contacted CC company, I'm not messing around, this is unacceptable.

My experience was HORRIBLE. I ordered flowers for same day delivery. They attempted to deliver 3 days later when my friend was out of the hospital. I received no email/phone call that the delivery would not be made on Saturday, the day I ordered the flowers. When they finally arrived they looked nothing like what I'd ordered NOTHING LIKE I ORDERED. I'm in the process of seeing what I can do to fix the situation but they have enough clauses to cover their ass. They won't give the name of the florist shop, so much for buying local. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE UNLESS YOU WANT TO FEEL LIKE YOU WERE RIPPED OFF.

In summary, I would not recommend Just Flowers to a friend.

Researched on-line flower delivery services and finally decided on a bouquet from Just Flowers. Ordered flowers on 1/1/13 AFTER verifying they would deliver on 1/1/13 before 6 PM to a residential residence. Called 800.716.7559 within a half hour to verify order with a customer service representative who said that the order had been accepted and would be delivered before 6PM. Called at late afternoon and was told that there was no notice of any problems with delivery, that the flowers would have been delivered before 6 and that the notice of delivery would not be posted until 1/2/13. Finally called the recipient and found that the flowers were not delivered. Called back and was asked if I wanted flowers delivered 1/2 with an apology note. Called 1/2/13 to verify delivery and was told that they would contact their subcontractor and let me know between 9-10 when flowers were going to be delivered. Called back shortly after because I found that the recipient had a family hospitalization that morning, and was on hold for 15 minutes until I finally hung up. Fraudulent company. Do not order. No flowers were delivered. You cannot get a refund, actually they will charge you $15 additional for non delivery. They will tell you they attempted delivery and called. You cannot understand them with their thick accents. Called 8 times with no resolution. They need investigated and shut down!

In summary, I would not recommend Just Flowers to a friend.

Ordered a $85.88 item. Got a few flowers, buds and lots and lots of leaves. Called customer support. They were rude and told me to wait a few days and it will look like the picture shown on the website. Can you believe this.
Please don't waste your money.

Wish I had read all the review before wasting an entire day on trying to have flowers that I had ordered ,delivered. I got repeated phone calls letting me know that the price I paid was not the actually price due to demand it would be $15 extra for delivery. It is a Monday on the 7th of MARCH NOT A FREAKING HOLIDAY!!!!!!!

Ordered flowers from Justflowers.com for my wife in Florida for Valentines day, the flowers never showed up so I called them for 3 days straight phone kept getting disconnected and as I am calling from England my phone bill at this point is getting quite high as it is not free for international callers anyhow I finally got hold of a manager or sounded like a robot who could not tell me anything besides offering me a $10 discount, after an hour of arguing got no where, they finally delivered my flowers 3 days after Valentines and told me it was the local florist who screwed up. So I contacted the local florist after they refused to give me the number for the local florist and they told me that Justflowers.com did not give them the order until today. But after all this effort and hassle oh and phone bill I feel like I just been scammed. If you want your flowers late? and bad customer reps then use this company but I do not recommend them.

Horrible company! Don't use! The order was placed on 2/14/12. I spoke with a saleswoman and I told her I would not place the order if they couldn't be delivered that day, as promised on their web site. She said the flowers would definitely be delivered that day. I got a "We're sorry" letter at 10:30 pm. I tried calling customer service and I kept getting a bogus recording. I emailed several emails requesting a refund, and I never received a reply. I just called (3 days later) and pretended that I wanted to place an order, and I finally got a real live person. She connected me to someone in customer service, who said he would have to call the florist in the morning to see what happened, and then he would get back to me. Based on hundreds of negative reviews, I'm not counting on it. I wish I'd read them before I placed my order. I can't believe this company hasn't been shut down yet.

I had THE worst experience with Just Flowers. i ordered flowers for my best friend's birthday. i picked a pretty pink/peach/purple arrangement that i knew she would love.

1) they contacted me ON THE DAY THE FLOWERS WERE SUPPOSED TO BE DELIVERED to let me know that they didn't have the flowers i ordered and that they would send a different kind. they said the flowers would be red & orange, & yellow & purple. TOTALLY NOT the color scheme i was looking for!!

2) the day AFTER the flowers were supposed to be delivered, they contacted me again and told me that they didn't have the substitute flowers either and that they still couldn't make the delivery.

3) 3 days AFTER the day the flowers were supposed to be delivered, my friend receives flowers alright. they consist of 2 roses and a lilly with a note saying "sorry for your loss". THEY DELIVERED THE WRONG ORDER!!! i feel bad for the family that it was intended for, that just lost someone
