Do not use! I wish I had not.
I ordered two dozen roses to be sent to my sister for her 50th birthday. Two days after the scheduled delivery date, they send me an e-mail saying they were "terribly sorry to inform you that due to the remote location of XXXXXX's residence, they would need an extra $15.00 to complete the order."
Got that? Two days after the scheduled delivery, they come asking for more money. They had no problem completing and confirming the order and charging my credit card the previous week. By the way, my sister lives in the suburbs of San Antonio, the 7th largest city in the US. No exactly remote.
I tried calling the customer "service" line and was consistently on hold forever.
Terrible company.
In summary, I would not recommend Just Flowers to a friend.
