Horrible company! Don't use! The order was placed on 2/14/12. I spoke with a saleswoman and I told her I would not place the order if they couldn't be delivered that day, as promised on their web site. She said the flowers would definitely be delivered that day. I got a "We're sorry" letter at 10:30 pm. I tried calling customer service and I kept getting a bogus recording. I emailed several emails requesting a refund, and I never received a reply. I just called (3 days later) and pretended that I wanted to place an order, and I finally got a real live person. She connected me to someone in customer service, who said he would have to call the florist in the morning to see what happened, and then he would get back to me. Based on hundreds of negative reviews, I'm not counting on it. I wish I'd read them before I placed my order. I can't believe this company hasn't been shut down yet.
In summary, I would not recommend Just Flowers to a friend.
