Researched on-line flower delivery services and finally decided on a bouquet from Just Flowers. Ordered flowers on 1/1/13 AFTER verifying they would deliver on 1/1/13 before 6 PM to a residential residence. Called 800.716.7559 within a half hour to verify order with a customer service representative who said that the order had been accepted and would be delivered before 6PM. Called at late afternoon and was told that there was no notice of any problems with delivery, that the flowers would have been delivered before 6 and that the notice of delivery would not be posted until 1/2/13. Finally called the recipient and found that the flowers were not delivered. Called back and was asked if I wanted flowers delivered 1/2 with an apology note. Called 1/2/13 to verify delivery and was told that they would contact their subcontractor and let me know between 9-10 when flowers were going to be delivered. Called back shortly after because I found that the recipient had a family hospitalization that morning, and was on hold for 15 minutes until I finally hung up. Did not receive the call back between 9-10 and recalled at 9:10. Was told 'The residential delivery will occur before 6PM and they will contact the recipient by phone before delivery.' They refunded $10 and I told them I wanted the flowers and the type of arrangement that I specifically purchased. Obviously I am very sceptical about both the delivery and the arrangement and doubt that I will use Just Flowers again.
In summary, I would not recommend Just Flowers to a friend.
