I am truly upset and disgusted with this company. I placed in on February 13th through their website to be delivered to my wife at her work on Valentines Day. The website stated that the order was guaranteed to be delivered on Valentines Day. However, my wife never received the flowers I ordered for her.
To add insult to injury, their so called 24 hour customer service is impossible to reach. I spent most of the evening last night trying to reach their customer service. Initially when I started trying to reach their customer service, I would be on hold (hearing the hold music). Then the call would seem to go through - I would get ringing, but the line just continuously rang (after being on hold). At one point AFTER being on hold for close to ten minutes, the line then rang for 15 minutes straight before I finally hung up. I then tried to reach the company again several more times after 10pm. I would be placed on hold for about two and a half minutes (with the recording saying the next available customer service representative would be with me). However after two and a half minutes, I would get another recording saying that they were busy helping other customers and to please call back later. I tried AGAIN to reach the company this morning at around 5:45am (since they allegedly have 24 hour customer service), and again after being on hold for around two and a half minutes, the same recording said they were extremely busy helping other customers and to call back later. Come on - really? You're so busy taking calls to where you can't take any more calls - at 5:45am? And for the record, I have continued trying all day to reach them - still keep getting the message saying they're busy helping other customers and to call back later.
I wish I had read the reviews about this company before I gave them my money. I spent just under $70 for what was suppose to be a beautiful flower arrangement for my wife, but have nothing to show for it, and I can't even get a hold of the company. I have however contacted my credit card company, and will also be filing a complaint with the BBB. So, long story short, buyer beware! Don't do business with this company.
In summary, I would not recommend Just Flowers to a friend.
