Worst florist delivery service ever used!!!

I so wish I had read the reviews before I placed my order with Just Flowers (I actually thought I was talking to a florist locally in the area I was sending flowers to & didn't realize my mistake until the order was taken)!!! I would give this company ZERO stars if I could have. I ordered a birthday bouquet 2 days in advance to be delivered to a mentally disabled adult who lives in a care facility across country. No one ever remembers her on birthdays or holidays so I explained to the telephone person how important it was to have these delivered on the morning of her birthday so she could show everyone how someone remembered her. The Just Flowers representative assured me this would happen. I am heart broken & I'm sure Richelle is too! But Just Flowers did send me multiple emails to apologize for one delay after another & assure me they appreciated my business -- THEY WILL NEVER GET MY BUSINESS AGAIN! Not Mother's Day Flowers

Do NOT use this service. We ordered flowers for Mother's Day, on the Thursday before Mother's Day. They did not arrive on Sunday, not on Monday or Tuesday either. They called us to say the flowers would be delivered on Wednesday with an apology note. We told them that was not acceptable.
Their 'customer no service" number offered to give us a $10 credit. What a joke these people are.... No professionalism, no accountability and no reliability. Take your money elsewhere!
We will never order with this service again.

In summary, I would not recommend Just Flowers to a friend.

Two days past Mothers Day and flowers have not yet arrived. Contacted customer service and have been flat lied too, flowers enroute, and a manager will contact you shortly. All lies. This company is negligent, lairs they simply stole $100+ dollars, that they refuse to refund for the lack of performing the "guaranteed" service. If you want to be ripped off, order with Just flowers.

In summary, I would not recommend Just Flowers to a friend.

They were a day late delivering the flowers, missing Mother's Day, then when I asked for a discount because they were late they just canceled my order without asking or communicating with me and didn't deliver the flowers at all. Terrible service. There are lots of other options, use someone else.

I ordered a bouquet a week in advance for use in my bridal portraits. Received several telephone calls about my billing address and answered all of the company's questions. They gave no indication that they were having issues filling my order.

The day it was suppose to be delivered (Saturday), I still had not received my bouquet by 7pm. I called them again, and I was told that they would not be able to deliver it that day and they could not find a florist to fill the order, but that the bouquet would be delivered the next day before 4pm (Sunday).

Sunday morning around 11:30am, I received another call saying that they were unable to fill my order as I had ordered the bouquet, but that they could use substitute flowers (carnations mostly) to create my bouquet (I ordered one with roses and peonies). I needed it that night for pictures, so I agreed but asked if I would be charged the same amount. They told me yes, that they were not going to charge me extra. Sent my wife roses from Just Flowers on valentines day. She sent me pictures of several roses that were rotting and had bugs. emailed this to just flowers and haven't heard back from them. Tried calling but hung up after 45 min being on hold. A waste of $60 bucks.

Failed to deliver the flowers ordered and then would not make it right. Spoke to three people who spoke over me, denied accountability and had no care for the end result of the interaction. Will NEVER go back. Lesson learned for not using someone local

I issued an order 2 days before intended delivery to my wife. There policies on support pages indicated no problem. The flowers were for a very special occasion. I checked on order status via 'chat' on Just Flowers.com and found from the customer support person that they have yet to find a florist to fill the order. This chat was done because the order should have already been delivered. So I gave the company 2 full days to fill the order and they had not submitted the order to any florist. And BY THE WAY, no communications from the company about their difficulties to locate a florist to fill the order.

The chat was frustrating and in fact the person from their support ended the chat when I issued a note about how upset I am about the missed delivery. The note was not offensive at all. So, I called their 800 number, spoke to a manager who offered discounts and deliver the in the next few days!!!. I declined and asked for a refund. Now I must monitor to ensure the refund is processed.... (Read the full review)

This is by far one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with! I ordered flowers for my husband and the local florist they made arrangements with was unable to deliver them that day and neither company contacted me to tell me they were unable to be delivered. After not receiving the flowers for 2 days I called customer service to find out where they were and they told me they had been trying to contact my husband to arrange a delivery, which was untrue because he never received any calls. I made arrangements with them to contact my husband by phone for redelivery and he still never received any calls. The local florist then contacted my husband 5 days later to say they were cancelling the order because they had been trying to deliver them without any success. After speaking with the local florist about why they had never called my husband to schedule a delivery after being instructed to do so they informed me that justflowers had never given them any messages about contacting the recipient first. Ordered Flowers for my brother-n-law convalescing 12/24/2016. Money was immediately deducted from my account. No flowers delivered Called 12/26/2016 and was informed by BIA they were unable to contact their drivers and when they do they would try again. No flowers delivered. I called again 12/27/2016. Bia informs me they are unable to contact their drivers. I told her to cancel the order. She refused, repeating her script. I received the below ludicrous email:

Rosemary Barton, we are writing to inform you that we got an update from our local florist regarding your order 8505168 to Cathy and Doug Turnbaugh. Florist said that they attempted delivery on the 12/24/16 but recipient was not there, so they left a voice message for the recipient and Attempted delivery again on 12/25/16 and recipient was still not there. So as to ensure timely delivery for the Christmas season, they left the arrangement at the front porch, called the recipient and left a voice message.
Also, our florist offered re-delivery for today 12/28/16 or tomorrow 12/29/16 and said they can have the arrangement upgraded and filled to value or do a different one as it's no longer... (Read the full review)
