I issued an order 2 days before intended delivery to my wife. There policies on support pages indicated no problem. The flowers were for a very special occasion. I checked on order status via 'chat' on Just Flowers.com and found from the customer support person that they have yet to find a florist to fill the order. This chat was done because the order should have already been delivered. So I gave the company 2 full days to fill the order and they had not submitted the order to any florist. And BY THE WAY, no communications from the company about their difficulties to locate a florist to fill the order.
The chat was frustrating and in fact the person from their support ended the chat when I issued a note about how upset I am about the missed delivery. The note was not offensive at all. So, I called their 800 number, spoke to a manager who offered discounts and deliver the in the next few days!!!. I declined and asked for a refund. Now I must monitor to ensure the refund is processed. BE WARE of this web site company. I wish I would have called a florist rather then using this bogus company to send my wife flowers.
Oh yes, the web site is pretty, easy to navigate, but the company itself is no good.
In summary, I would not recommend Just Flowers to a friend.
