They are a scam. Do not use these company. They will not provide you with the correct order and refuse to give a refund.

Do not believe the reviews on their website as they are fake.

In summary, I would not recommend Flower.com to a friend.

I wanted to send flowers to my wife for her birthday at work. She works until 2:30, so I paid the extra money for delivery before 1pm. I also paid extra for the upgraded arrangement. Not only did the arrangement not have any more flowers than the picture, but they weren't delivered until 4:30! The bouquet itself was fine, just not what I expected for paying more. Plus being 3.5 hours late is ridiculous. I don't not recommend using this company! I even went through a veteran's website to find this place. Disappointing.

In summary, I would not recommend Flower.com to a friend.

First I gave them three stars for variety - Because they had pretty pictures on their website of items apparently they can't fulfill in orders.

My Big Mistake - I ordered 2 dozen roses to surprise my girlfriend on a milestome birthday when I had to be out of town (we were later celebrating with a trip to Hawaii). I ordered flowers more than a day in advance and they even offered an upcharge to complete the delivey before 1 pm, which I paid. What a joke !! They shamelessly made a Chump (with a capital "C") out of me, by not delivering at all on the milestone date. My girlfriend was having a hectic day so when she didn't say anything about flowers I didn't press. Same thing the next day.

Two days after the milestone birthday delivery date I received a text saying Flower.com(Just Flowers) had failed to "find" anyone to complete the order, this, after charging my credit card. Pretty agressive business model - confusingly name your company something similar to an extablished company, then charge people for services you cant't perform !! Order some flowers for my daughter birthday. They were supposed to be delivered next day. No it did not happen. Have to call same day I did my order because for some reason my order was on hold. Called and confirmed my order. Next day ((the day they were supposed to be delivered)) I got a message they could not find any flowers to make my arrangement at 6 o'clock. Offer to send some roses the next day for the same price. No thank you. I had to talk to the manager to get them to cancel the damm order.
Like I told them. First and Last time I order from them.

In summary, I would not recommend Flower.com to a friend.

Ordered for Valentine’s Day for the wife and never received the flowers. I even paid extra money for that day and I even called them 2 times to see if delivery was still for Valentine’s Day. All lies and they change your credit card and will not give you a refund.

I ordered flowers for a friend in a rehab nursing facility. Was supposed to be same day delivery. Didn't happen. Said they would deliver the next day. Didn't happen. Then they were supposed to deliver the next day (today) but sent me an urgent message they needed an additional $25 to deliver. I called an said NO
WAY and that I wanted my money back. Took me about 15 minutes to get them to agree to a full refund. They wanted to give me credit for a future order. I said, nope, because this was the first time and now it's the LAST time. I'll never do business with your company again.

I ordered a large bouquet for daughter who just had a baby . I received the smallest bouquet they had . When I tried to get my money back flowers.com gave me a very hard time. Flowers.com said the substitute policy covered the problem. Problem was not the beauty of the flowers but that I paid for a large . Paid 120.00 and did not receive what I paid for.

Flowers never were delivered, on top of it- the customer services phones are busy, I left several message, nobody called me back

I ordered a $49.99 bouquet and when it came in the flowers were broken and it was the smallest little arrangement. I cant believe thay would sell something so small and broken for that much money!! Save your money!!

I'm not sure how the editor rated this company 4 stars. I can only assume they didn't actually purchase flowers from this website. It is absolutely terrible. We bought an arrangement for the death of a family friend and the difference between the photo and what was delivered was so amazingly embarrassing. When asking customer service for help they offered a$10 off coupon for another purchase when we just spent nearly $200. What a joke!

Stay clear at all costs. Save yourself the embarrassment and waste of money.
