I ordered a $49.99 bouquet and when it came in the flowers were broken and it was the smallest little arrangement. I cant believe thay would sell something so small and broken for that much money!! Save your money!!

In summary, I would not recommend Flower.com to a friend.

I'm not sure how the editor rated this company 4 stars. I can only assume they didn't actually purchase flowers from this website. It is absolutely terrible. We bought an arrangement for the death of a family friend and the difference between the photo and what was delivered was so amazingly embarrassing. When asking customer service for help they offered a$10 off coupon for another purchase when we just spent nearly $200. What a joke!

Stay clear at all costs. Save yourself the embarrassment and waste of money.

In summary, I would not recommend Flower.com to a friend.

I ordered a basket for my grandmother and what was delivered doesn't even have half the flowers pictured in the basket I paid for. It was also pictured with a cute white teddy bear but came with a brown teddy bear that looks like it was 10 cents. To say I am disappointed is a huge understatement. I will be making a point to let everyone know that this company/site is falsely advertising what they send.
