I wanted to send flowers to my wife for her birthday at work. She works until 2:30, so I paid the extra money for delivery before 1pm. I also paid extra for the upgraded arrangement. Not only did the arrangement not have any more flowers than the picture, but they weren't delivered until 4:30! The bouquet itself was fine, just not what I expected for paying more. Plus being 3.5 hours late is ridiculous. I don't not recommend using this company! I even went through a veteran's website to find this place. Disappointing.
In summary, I would not recommend Flower.com to a friend.
