First I gave them three stars for variety - Because they had pretty pictures on their website of items apparently they can't fulfill in orders.
My Big Mistake - I ordered 2 dozen roses to surprise my girlfriend on a milestome birthday when I had to be out of town (we were later celebrating with a trip to Hawaii). I ordered flowers more than a day in advance and they even offered an upcharge to complete the delivey before 1 pm, which I paid. What a joke !! They shamelessly made a Chump (with a capital "C") out of me, by not delivering at all on the milestone date. My girlfriend was having a hectic day so when she didn't say anything about flowers I didn't press. Same thing the next day.
Two days after the milestone birthday delivery date I received a text saying Flower.com(Just Flowers) had failed to "find" anyone to complete the order, this, after charging my credit card. Pretty agressive business model - confusingly name your company something similar to an extablished company, then charge people for services you cant't perform !! And in the process heap major embarrassment on your clients who are relying on you !! What a joke !!
(What if you had a flat, left your car at the service station, they charged you in advance, and days later texted you to say they couldn't "find" anybody to fix your tire ? How about booking a hotel for a romantic get-a-way weekend, them posting a full room charge on your card, and when you show up on the check-in date , the desk clerk says, sorrry couldn't "find" you a room, "Perhps we can "find" one in a day or so" ??, and then offering a partial refund ?)
Yep they made a Chump out of me!! (With a capital "C").
So if you want to be hung out to dry, completely embarrassed, enjoy dealing with customer service reps (who sound like they're in a boiler room overseas) to get money back, and love disappointng your wife or girlfriend, I would highly recomend Just Flowers/Flower.com.
I must label this all my personal opinion - but what do I know ? - I'm just a Chump (with a capital "C")
In summary, I would not recommend Flower.com to a friend.
